The article uses Luochuan loess as raw material,starch,pulverized coal and urea as pore-forming agent.Through the investigation of different sintering temperatures and different holding times,the sintering system of the support preparation was determined.The influence of the type and amount of pore-forming agent on the performance of the support was investigated.The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the process parameters of the support preparation..The flexural strength,porosity,acid and alkali of the support by three-point bending method,mercury intrusion method,mass loss method,thermogravimetric analysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and self-made equipment Corrosion rate,crystal phase composition,surface micro-morphology and pure water flux were analyzed and characterized.The conclusions were as follows:The optimal sintering system for the preparation of the support is: heating from room temperature to 200°C at 2°C / min in the low temperature dehydration stage,and holding for 120 min;in the intermediate temperature decomposition stage,heating from 200°C to 500°C at 1°C / min,and then 2°C / min from 500°C to 780°C,and kept for 120 min;in the high temperature firing stage from 1°C / min from 780°C to 1100°C,and held for 120 min,this method to prepare the support of pure water flux 890 L /m~2·h·MPa,the flexural strength is 32.4 MPa,and the acid-base corrosion is 0.42/0.24%.In order to optimize its performance,increase the pure water flux of the support,and explore the pore-forming agent starch,pulverized coal and urea separately.The experiment determined that the optimal addition amount of starch was 8%.At this time,the bending strength of the support was 36.25 MPa,the pure water flux is 6232.11L/m~2·h·MPa,the acid-base corrosion rate is 0.07/0.02%;the optimum addition amount of coal powder is determined to be 20%,and the bending strength of the support is 24.06 MPa.The pure water flux is 5104.61L/m~2·h·MPa,the acid-base mass corrosion rate is 0.38/0.27%;the optimum addition amount of urea is determined to be 8%,and the support body has a flexural strength of 27.97 MPa,pure water.The flux is 1855.964L/m~2·h·MPa,and the acid-base corrosion rate is 0.24/0.08%.Comparing the three pore-forming agents,under the same addition amount,the effect of different pore-forming agents on the pure water flux of the support: starch,pulverized coal,bismuth urea;effect of the anti-folding strength: starch,urea,coal powder,pulverized coal The addition amount has little influence on the flexural strength of the support,and the starch is the best poreforming agent by comprehensive factors.Figure 37,Table 18,and references 55.
