Railway carriage coatings play a key role in the preservation of railway carriage.Based on the analysis of the railway carriage use environment and corrosion causes,and with reference to the relevant standards of the Ministry of Railways' coatings,the paper designs a railway carriage paint with epoxy primer,epoxy intermediate paint and polyurethane topcoat.In the process of designing and experimenting,the performance of the coating product was fully optimized,and combined with on-site coating construction conditions,the cost of the coating was reasonably reduced to improve the market competitiveness of the product.In addition,this paper also used the low VOC high solids epoxy intermediate paint in the railway carriage paint design to meet the needs of environmental protection,in order to comply with the future development trend of the paint.Based on the composition of the railway carriage paint coating system,this article designed a three-coat package,designed the basic composition of the formula for each coating,studied the key factors affecting the coating performance,optimized the formula structure,and developed a market that meets the requirements of national standards.The railway carriage paint,together with the conditions of on-site painting construction,determined the construction process and adjusted the problems encountered in the construction.The research results show that the use of sericite as anti-corrosion filler for anti-corrosion primers can enhance the anti-corrosion performance of the primer.The1:2 ratio with talc can increase the density of the paint film to ensure the anti-corrosion effect of the paint film and reduce it properly.cost.Titanium dioxide used in a large number of intermediate paint formulations was subjected to experimental screening.Domestic titanium dioxide was used as an alternative to imported titanium dioxide to control the unit cost of raw materials,and the unit price of titanium dioxide was reduced by more than 2 yuan,thereby reducing the total cost of coating production.In addition,the intermediate paint formula design uses high-solids resin to increase the volume solids of the thick paste paint,increase the over-painting rate of the product,reduce the paint usage of the single-chamber,thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the single-chamber over 10%,and the high solid content The middle paint is an environmentally friendly paint with lowVOC emission.The theoretical VOC emission value of a single compartment is reduced by approximately 100g/L compared with the conventional epoxy intermediate paint,thereby meeting the environmental protection requirements.The weather resistance and decorative appearance of high-weather resins and color pigments have been greatly improved.After the 1000-hour QUV experiment,the gloss rate reached92.21%,and the color difference was only 1.73,exceeding the standards of the Ministry of Railways.
