An enterprise in closely around under the strategic goal of "to create the world's leading brand",Threshing and redrying workshop is in order to obtained the concept of " Threshing a piece of leaf,the tree a banner,occupy the market,make a great reputation ",To meet the production requirement at the same time,hurried production by quality,high quality,innovation,cigarette manufacturing quality of raw materials for the enterprise to provide high quality guarantee.Leaf workshop is obtained belongs to the key link in energy consumption,saving energy and reducing consumption,work affect the ecological environment and the loss is irreparable.Therefore,the introduction of the technique of lean and six sigma management theory to saving energy and reducing consumption is particularly important.Measure plant energy consumption index is obtained for the comprehensive energy consumption of tons of smoke,is mainly composed of tons of smoke cigarette consumption of steam,tons of electricity,water and compressed air,in recent years,some enterprises obtained tons of smoke although comprehensive energy consumption has been on the decline,but the comprehensive energy consumption of tons of smoke than benchmarking enterprise is still in the highest level.In this thesis,using the ideas of lean management,based on six sigma statistics and analysis,from the match and balance of the workshop system thinking,for steam,electricity,compressed air consumption is obtained,comprehensive energy consumption of tons of smoke high question has carried on the careful analysis and argumentation,the flow chart of the micro,CE matrix,Plato,failure mode analysis(FMEA),analysis of variance to find may affect leaf factor of energy saving and consumption reducing is obtained and the node,using the measurement system analysis,T test,regression analysis,DOE experimental method studies the measures to improve the energy saving key factor,the main consumption of steam equipment vacuum resurgence machine shop is obtained,high blade machine is obtained and power consumption of lighting control system and high consumption of compressed air dust removal control system such as the lean improvement,to cut down comprehensive energy consumption of tons of smoke is obtained obvious effects have been achieved,benefits for saving energy and reducing consumption of about 0.85 million RMB/year,implementation of high quality,high efficiency,low consumption and the merit of purpose.Through the analysis of authentication,the application of lean six sigma technology plays a leading role in saving energy and reducing consumption.In view of the research conclusion,this article put forward from two aspects promote measures of energy saving of the leaf production line is obtained: on the one hand,to comb the key point to formulate measures to improve the energy consumption,on the other hand to constitute a system of energy consumption process supervision system,to control the whole process of saving energy and reducing consumption is easy out of control nodes.At the same time,in this paper,the significance of research on the equipment and energy saving is obtained itself,to the enterprise's benefits and environmental benefits to society are discussed.
