| Lean Six Sigma,combined by Lean Production and Six Sigma managerment,is used to eliminate waste and reduce variation.With combination of Lean Six Sigma,Lean Six Sigma’s main purpose is to take advantage of the combination and to overcome single one’s demerits,thereby ensuring good management efficiency.Lean Six Sigma integrates Lean and Six Sigma instead of simply putting them together.Application of Lean Sigma is a complicated system project.When choosing management method,enterprise should base on its own situation and usesitwell according to that and finally merge it into enterprise’s DNA.During process of industrial production,especially steel production,each process will emit large quantities of pollutants.As the source of iron-making,raw fuel emits lots of dust during transport,which not only damage the reputation of Shougang Jingtang United Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd,further more become a big threat to worksite worker’s health.The problem of reducing worksite dust concentration is extremely urgent.This paper uses Lean Six Sigma management method to analyze and solve the dust concentration problem of transport,basically includes:investigate the actual situation of worksite dust concentration,collect data of transfer station dust concentration,and analyze their root cause,expose the existed problems and select Lean Six Sigma management method to reduce dust concentration,make operable plans which are guided by Lean Six Sigma’s operating steps(definition,measurement,analysis,improvement,control)to solve transfer station dust problem,and finally evaluate the effect of Lean Six Sigma management.Theapplication of Lean Sigma management method not merely change the old-fashioned way people thinking,improve the efficiency of worksite’s production and management,but also expand the applied scope in daily work of Lean Six Sigma Theory,lay a foundation of improving resource using efficiency,realizing recycling economy and constructing green healthy environment for enterprise. |
