Acrylic is a very important basic raw material for organic chemicals,widely used in various fields,such as the production of acrylic pigments,synthetic polypropylene,the production of acrylonitrile,synthetic rubber and so on.In recent years,the use of propylene has become more and more extensive,Propylene based products due to their excellent properties and reasonable prices,more and more non-plastic materials have been replaced,this has led to a rapid increase in the demand for propylene,however,due to the'production capacity can not meet the consumer demand,the propylene market still has a large gap.The yield of propylene produced by synthetic gas via methanol is higher,it also solves the present situation that domestic methanol supply exceeds demand,therefore,the extraction of propylene through methanol has become a key technology and approach to solve the two major problems of methanol overcapacity and propylene production,it has vigorously promoted the development of coal propylenetechnology.Based on the analysis of the present situation,current technology and development of propylene market,this paper is presented,from the perspective of environmental protection,labor protection,and economic benefits,the improvement of existing technology and the feasibility and practical operation of industrial application are discussed in depth.Through the comparison and analysis of the existing technology and improved technology in three aspects:the improvement of water washing technology of water washing tower,the improvement of treatment technology of alkali washing tower waste lye,the application of methanol purifier and the improvement of technology,elaborate the process improvements,and by calculating the economic benefits of technological improvements,describe the possibility of using this part of the improvement for industrial production.At present,the production of propylene in the world is mainly based on oil routes,in recent years,as the amount of oil extracted has continued to decline and the price of oil has continued to rise,the cost of raw materials for propylene production has continued to rise,and the cost problem needs to be solved urgently.,through this technical improvement,the process of the compressed section and the light hydrocarbon separation section is rationalized and optimized from the aspects of economy,environmental protection,and production capacity,improve the stability of the operation of the device,improve the yield of the product as far as possible,ensure the quality of the product,reduce the production cost to a large extent,and promote the development of the coal acrylic process.
