China's coal mine geological structure is relatively complex,mainly underground mining,natural disasters are more serious,so safety has always been the basis of coal mine production.Coal mine safety monitoring system plays a huge role in the safe production process of coal mines.The coal mine underground environmental parameter monitoring system is an important part of it.Most of the existing coal mine underground environmental monitoring systems also use wired communication networks based on analog signals(frequency signals and current signals),and the acquisition nodes have a single acquisition parameter.The impiementation of such monitoring systems is limited by the layout of comm,unication cables.The use of more than a dozen to dozens of communication cables not only becomes a new safety hazard in the mine,but also is likely to fail in the harsh working environment of the well.According to the actual needs of coal mine underground environmental parameter monitoring,this paper designs a wirel'ess Mesh network protocol and a multi-parameter monitoring system for mine environment.Using a wireless mesh network instead of a wired network to make the acquisition node installation free from cable limitations,installation and debugging is more convenient;using a multi-parameter environment acquisition node reduces the number of acquisition nodes and increases the collection parameters of the system.The existing coal mine underground environmental parameter monitoring system is optimized from two aspects of data transmission mode and data diversity.The system transmits the collected environmental parameter data to the ground server through t:he underground industrial ring network.The seirver process'es and stores the data and provides front-end web page display and preliminary disaster warning function.The prototype test results show that the system scheme can meet the requirements of the multi-parameter monitoring system function of coal mine environment,and proves the feasibility of the system scheme.The system can provide a strong data foundation for coal mine safety early warning research,and at the same time promote the scientific and rational production management of coal mines to a certain extent.
