The main equipment of the non-woven production line contains a variety of needle punching machines with different functions.In order to coordinate the stable operation of each machine,the powerful PLC is widely used for centralized control of all levels of machines.Faced with the high-frequency changes in market demand for non-woven products,the flexible re-combination of various types of needle punching machines has become an urgent need for non-woven fabric manufacturers,but centralized control strategy cannot meet that kind of need.Therefore,an embedded needle machine control system for decentralized control structure is designed.Based on the decentralized control strategy,the overall scheme of the system is designed.More specifically,each machine on the non-woven needle punching production line is used as a control unit,and each unit is controlled by the embedded controller.The strategy improves the flexibility of the equipment combination and the reliability of control system.As the core of the embedded needle-punching machine controller,the embedded controller is designed for hardware and software parts.For the hardware,respective problem analyses for data communication I/O and analog AD/DA are made,and signal isolation measures are taken to improve the anti-interference of the embeded system.For the software,when controlling the workflow,a finite-state machine programming strategy is taken to make each drive operate in the set logic sequence.When Communicating with multiple converters,the control instructions is designed and the priority queue and multi-thread technology are taken to improve the processing speed of control instructions.When adjusting the position of stripping stencil and tray,the position acquisition,data communication and position control program are designed to adjust the thickness of the non-woven fabric.Finally,the system test platform is built to test the performance of the cmmmunication,workflow control and locating of stripping stencil and tray in the embedded control system.The test results show that the embedded needle machine control system can satisfy the control requirements of the needle puncher.
