In order to study the synergistic effect of active components of heavy oil and petroleum sulfonate,to increase the recovery efficiency of heavy oil,and to reduce oil production costs,this paper,selecting the heavy oil from Bohai Suizhong Oilfild as the research object,measured the active components of heavily oil,interfacial tension of salt solution,and partition coefficient of sulfonate salt in the oil-water phase to study synergistic relationship between the ingredient and sulfonate salt.It applied three-component separation method to obtain active components of heavy oil,high resolution mass spectrometry to characterize the three components.Taking Bohai heavy oil as a raw material,concentrated sulfuric acid as a sulfonating agent can synthesize petroleum sulfonates.In this paper,it measured interfacial tension between petroleum sulfonate solution and various active components,determined oil-water partition coefficient of sulfonate in various active components simulated oil by using spectrophotometry,illustrated synergistic relationship through respects of interfacial viscoelasticity,emulsion stability,and influences of sulfonates and various active components on work of adhesion,and designed related utilization methods of active components.FT-ICR MS results show that heavy oil and three-component composition are relatively complicated.The waxm component contains fewer polar heteroatom compounds,which can be ionized by the negative ion ESI,including N1,N1O1,O1 and O2 species;The polar compounds in colloids and crude oils have the same heteroatom species,including N1,N1O2,N1O2,N2,N2O2S1,O1,O2;The asphaltenes are rich in highly condensed heteroatom acidic compounds,including high oxidation compounds,which contain heteroatoma N,S?N2O1,N1O3,S1O3?,and O3 species.Interfacial tension data indicates that heavy oil components contain less asphaltenses,but more polar components.It can help sulfonate effectively reduce oil-water interfacial tension due to relative strong adsorption of sulfonate.Viscoelastic data indicates that asphaltene component can draw sulfonate to the oil-water phase interface and form a relatively stabilized mixed film.However,the strength of the oil-water interfacial film formed b sulfonate is lower than that formed by active component of heavy oil and aqueous solution.Partition coefficient data indicates that the colloid and asphaltene containing strong polar group can effectively draw sulfonate acid salt to oil-water interface,enter the simulated oil phase,and play a well synergistic role with sulfonate.Ethylenediamine with a mass fraction of 0.01%and sulfonate solution with concentration of 500mg/L can form a relatively good compounding effect and effectively decrease interfacial tension to 10-22 mN/m below,through screening organic alkali and compounding sulfonate.
