In order to study the active component of crude oil in Xinjiang oilfield and the interaction of petroleum sulfonate,improve oil field oil recovery,this paper mainly in Xinjiang oilfield,three different blocks to well T71712 in Qidong 1 zone?eight 530area 8814 well and Bai 21area 1256 Wells as the research object,based on interfacial tension and oil emulsification performance characterization methods,characterized by extracting the xinjiang oil field oil sinopec oleic acid composition and form,alkali The utilization law of weak base on each component of petroleum acid was studied,the interaction between alkali and petroleum acid in asp flooding,the interaction between the petroleum acid saponification system of alkali reaction and surfactant was studied,and the synergistic law of each oil displacement component under alkali flooding was summarized.In the study of interfacial tension,it can be seen from the extraction results of petroleum acid active substances that the crude oil of well T71712 in Qidong 1 zone is similar to that of well 8814 in 8530 zone,and the interaction law between the active substances and oil displacement agent is similar between the two Wells,and the crude oil active substances of well 8814 in 8530 zone are higher.However,the content of oleic acid active substance in the crude oil of well 1256 in Bai21 zone is very low,and the interfacial tension with Na2CO3solution is greater than 1m N/m,and the interfacial tension with Na OH solution is greater than 0.1m N/m.Therefore,only the combination of high concentration KPS can effectively reduce the interfacial tension.In the study of the emulsifying property of crude oil,it is found that the microemulsion formed between alkali and raffinate is easy to be demulsified,and the amount of water separated is high.The highest Ste value of the emulsion was obtained after the ethyl acetate distillation distribution of the raffinate oil,indicating that this component was the main active component of the alkali emulsion.The measured Ste value of the toluene distillation was also higher than that of the raffinate,so the toluene fraction also promoted the emulsification.At the same time,the value of Ste emulsification stability(%)was more than 70%,and the emulsion stability was greatly improved.
