Research On The Optimization Of Pre-development Project Management Of Offshore Oil And Gas Field In Y Company

The successful development of oil and gas energy is an important guarantee for the economic development of our country.The early development of oil and gas fields is the upstream stage of the entire oil and gas field development stage,which seriously affects the development of the oil industry chain in the middle,lower reaches,and even the entire oil and gas industry.In order to get investment benefits,project management knowledge must be used for scientific management.With the increasing difficulty of offshore oil and gas field development and the diversification of pre-projects,the traditional project management model has become increasingly unable to meet the requirements for efficient project success.Y company is selected for specific case study,which based on the author's years of experience in project management,and the analysis of the world offshore oil and gas field pre-development projects and their management experience.First of all,the paper investigate and combing the status quo and problems of project management in the offshore oil and gas field development;secondly,we in-depth analyze the problems such as,insufficient management support for the previous project,and unclear situation of the project manager's responsibilities,and there is no incentive mechanism,the pre-development project management is not highly effective and the lack of specialization of the project management team and so on.Then,in combination with international advanced management experience,we make a targeted proposed optimization design such as classification management,hierarchical management,and improved assessment and proposing incentive mechanisms.Finally,according to the optimization design proposed in this paper,we put forward some safety precautions such as optimizing the company management system to support project management,strengthening personnel training and talent introduction,and strengthening pre-development project management assessment.By optimizing the methods and strategies for the management of offshore oil and gas field early-stage projects,it is of great significance to improve the level of project management in offshore oil and gas field development and to optimize the utilization of resources and development efficiency of oil and gas companies.
