With the maturity of biological fermentation technology,biological fermentation products become more common in people’s life,and also go deep into people’s life,such as liquor,red wine,monosodium glutamate,soy sauce and other condiments,hyaluronic acid for cosmetics,thickener xanthan gum,various amino acid products and so on,all come from biological fermentation.At present,both the quantity of production lines and the output of products in China are at the forefront of the world,and China has also become one of the major producers of biological fermentation products in the world.With the increase of consumer demand,the demand of subdivision of biological fermentation products is higher and higher.At present,the biological fermentation industry has entered the stage of rapid development.The biological fermentation products have many characteristics,such as wide range of products,wide application,fierce competition in the market of similar products,etc.Therefore,how to quickly carry out product iteration for the biological fermentation enterprises to improve the products with better performance for the market has become one of the important work to be considered,thus the research and development efficiency of the enterprise’s research and development projects has been put forward.High requirements.Based on the characteristics of biological fermentation technology,taking the R&D of new biological fermentation products of F company as an example,aiming at the problems existing in the R&D process of F company,combined with the project management theory,this paper optimizes the R&D project management of new products of F company.The optimization measures include the following aspects:optimizing the organizational structure of R&D project management of F company,strengthening the management of the team;optimizing the project management.Based on the theory of process management,human resource management and post development evaluation in project management,this paper puts forward some targeted strategies for the R&D of F company’s new products,so as to improve the efficiency of the R&D of F company’s new products.At present,there are relatively few researches on the management of new product R&D projects related to biological fermentation,so this paper has important value for the research of F company’s biological fermentation product R&D projects,and has a reference role for the industry.
