PHA fiber is a kind of aliphatic polyester fiber with excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability,and can be used as medical sewing thread,organ scaffold,tissue dressing,food packaging film,textile material and so on.In this paper,the effects of heat treatment and alkali treatment on the structure and properties of PHA fiber were analyzed.The factors affecting the dyeing properties of PHA fiber were investigated.The desizing and scouring process of PHA/silk,PHA/PET fabric and the dyeing properties of PHA/PET fabric were also studied.The effects of heat treatment and alkali treatment conditions on the microstructure,mechanical properties and dyeing properties of PHA fibers were investigated by infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,critical dissolution time,breaking strength and elongation,boiling water shrinkage and K/S values.The degradation kinetics of PHA fiber in alkaline solution was studied,and the degradation of PHA fiber under alkaline conditions was analyzed.The results show that the chemical composition of PHA fiber does not change after different heat treatment conditions.With the increase of heat treatment temperature and time,the crystallinity of PHA fiber increases gradually,and Log(CDT)is linear with temperature and time.The relationship,the breaking strength and the boiling water shrinkage rate gradually decrease,and the dyeing performance does not change much.The quasi-secondary kinetic model can better describe the alkali degradation kinetics of PHA fibers with a fitting factor greater than 0.97.With the increase of alkali concentration,the increase of treatment temperature and the prolongation of time,the PHA fiber reduction rate gradually increased;the alkali concentration has a greater influence on the PHA fiber reduction rate,the temperature is second,and the time has less influence..Eleven disperse dyes and 11 cationic dyes were selected.The factors affecting the percentage of dyeing,K/S value,liftability and color fastness of PHA fiber were analyzed.The dyeing process of PHA fiber was optimized.Three kinds of carrier pairs were analyzed.The effect of PHA fiber dyeing properties.The results show that the optimum process for dyeing PHA fibers with disperse dyes is:temperature 100?,pH=5,and the soap fastness and light fastness of the dyed fibers are greater than 4 grades.For azo structure dyes,the dyes containing the acetate group in the molecule and the dyes with the bisazo structure have higher dyeing percentages;in the fluorene structure dyes,the more polar groups such as amino groups and hydroxyl groups,the higher the percentage of dyeing low.The optimum process for dyeing PHA fiber with cationic dye is:temperature 100?,pH=6,and the dyeing fastness of dyed fiber is above grade 4,but the dye fastness of most dyed dyes is lower than grade 3.The addition of the carrier has a certain promoting effect on the dyeing of the low-temperature dye-dispersed red 60,and has little effect on the medium-high temperature dye-dispersed orange 29 and the dispersed red 167.The dyes of the three dyes were slightly reduced by the K/S value of the PHA fiber after the dyeing method.Based on the fracture strength,elongation at break,gross effect,weight loss rate and whiteness value,the effects of scouring agent concentration,alkali concentration,treatment temperature and treatment time on the desizing and scouring effect of PHA fiber fabrics were analyzed.The results show that with the increase of scouring agent concentration and sodium carbonate concentration,the increase of treatment temperature and the prolongation of time,the breaking strength and elongation at break of PHA fiber woven fabric are gradually reduced,weight loss rate,whiteness and hair effect are gradually increased.The optimization process of PHA/silk fabric desizing is as follows:the concentration of scouring agent is 2 g/L,the concentration of sodium carbonate is 3 g/L,the treatment temperature is 95?,and the treatment time is 50 min.The optimization process of PHA/PET fabric dewatering and refining is as follows:the concentration of scouring agent is 1 g/L,the concentration of sodium carbonate is 2 g/L,the treatment temperature is 95?,and the treatment time is 50 min.PHA/PET fabrics were dyed with 11 different structural disperse dyes,and the differences in dyeing properties between PHA and PET fibers in PHA/PET interlacing were analyzed.The results show that for the two fibers in the PHA/PET interlace,most of the disperse dyes are preferentially dyed with PHA fibers,and then dyed with PET fibers.The disperse dyes are more improved on PET fibers than on PHA fibers.From the dye structure,the dyeing capacity of the azo structure disperse dye on the PHA fiber is greater than that on the PET fiber.After dyeing with the disperse red 60 dye,the K/S values of the two fibers are the smallest,and the homochromaticity is better.From the perspective of color light,the hue angles of the PHA fiber and the PET fiber after disperse blue 79,disperse red 152,and disperse blue 60 dye are uniform,and it is difficult to produce a heterochromatic effect.From the color difference point of view,the PHA/PET interlaced fabric dyed with the disperse orange 29 and the disperse red 152 dye with smaller color difference can obtain better dyeing and homochromaticity.
