| Color spun yarn is an important type of fancy yarn.The processing of color spinning is various.As a kind of color spinning yarn,the ambilight yarn is formed by feeding the colored roving and the nature colored strip at the same time into the roving frame by drawing and twisting,which not only has a unique appearance structure,but also has a regularly changing color effect.At present,the technology of ambilight yarn spinning is not mature,and there are mainly problems such as poor quality of yarn and difficulty in grasping the color cycle of yarn appearance.In view of the above problems,this paper study of the principle of ambight yarn spinning and to explore a better spinning process;Using length measurement method and image processing to study the color cycle law of the longitudinal appearance of the ambilight yarn;Explore the appearance style of the ambilight yarn knitwear and develop new products,providing a certain reference for actual production.The paper mainly includes three aspects: spinning principle,yarn longitudinal color law and fabric appearance style.Firstly,the THC2015 automatic doffing roving frame is modified.Using two kinds of double bell mouth feeding spacing,the ambilight yarns of 29.8 tex,14.7 tex and 9.8 tex line density were spun and tested,and the optimal feeding pitch was explored,and comparative experiment on yarn quality and appearance color of three different linear density ambilight yarns and ordinary ring yarn with the same linear density;Then,taking the ambilight yarn of 14.7 tex linear density as an example,the two process parameters of the roving twist factor and the ambilight yarn twist factor are optimized Analysis of the influence of twist factor on yarn quality and appearance color effect of ambilight yarn.Then the length measurement method is used to study the periodic variation of the ambilight yarn color unit;And the distribution ratio of the decorative yarn on the surface of the ambilight yarn is studied by using the Matlab software and the digital microscope.Finally,the breathability and fabric style of the ambilight knit fabric were tested and analyzed,and the appearance color effect of the different twist factor yarns and the appearance style of the different tissue knit fabrics were further observed;Based on research on ambilight yarn and fabric,The product development was carried out in combination with four different spinning methods,and the quality and knit fabrics appearance characteristics were observed and compared.Experimental results show that:(1)When the double trumpet with smaller spacing is used,the yarn has less hairiness,the structure is tight,and the appearance is more uniform.(2)Under the same spinning conditions,the tensile strength of the three kinds of linear density ambilight yarns is slightly lower than that of ordinary yarn of the same linear density,and the surface hairiness is relatively more;The twist factor of the roving should be small,and the yarn twist factor can be larger,but it should not be too large.(3)The appearance of the ambilight yarn exhibits a certain spiral cycle law,the unit period is close to the yarn twist,and the correlation coefficient is approximately 1;The length of each unit period is almost equal,and the color distribution is relatively uniform;The longitudinal surface of the decorated yarn is smaller than that of the base fiber and the ambilight yarn is semi-wrapped.(4)The ambilight knit fabric has good air permeability,suitable for spring and summer light woven fabrics,and the appearance of a continuous uniform composite pattern,the color structure of the weft needle is simple and clear,and the adhesion of the yarn is good.The ambilight 1+1 rib fabric has a unique structure and full color.Under the natural state,the fabric has a frontal wales on both sides;Besides the four kinds of knitted fabrics have strong three-dimensional sense and unique colors. |
