Rotor spinning method as a new application of their products become more widespread,but the process of setting parameters and technical personnel the rotor yarn in the process of development rely mainly on technical experience accumulated over a long period,so it's difficult to meet the quality of yarn design requirements.The issue provides guidance for products and new product development and bring significant economic and social benefits for business and society,research from the fiber's own characteristics,such as length,diameter, friction coefficient,stiffness,shape parameters and scale parameters,combined with the spinning process parameters settings,such as rotor speed,the speed and twist roller carding coefficient,optimized rotor yarn quality prediction model for the rotor spinning process parameters of the formulation.Rotor-spun yarn is subject to axial tensile fracture and the fibers within the yarn was pulled by the axial tension and lateral pressure at the same time.Longer fiber fracture,the remaining part of the remainder of the access to continue to shoulder the load until they reach critical length.The chain was twisting yarn fiber bundle fracture segment,and each fragment still meet the principle of weak-link.Fiber and yarn structure interaction.It's based on the analysis of yarn fracture mechanism using statistical methods to build the ideal strong model.The actual and the ideal structure are different because first of all,the existence of axial tensile slip and yarn to the existence of a certain percentage of the outer wrapped fiber,so the actual rotor yarn strength need to remove the effects of these two areas;Secondly,the role of rotor yarn twisting characteristics make the internal fiber with the laws of a multi-phase hierarchical structure,so it is more reasonable to choose the way round a pile.According to the deep analysis of the actual revised model of rotor-spun yarn strength,it is clear:When choosing a particular material,yarn twist factor and the critical location fiber ratio are negatively correlated;when the location of the ratio tend to zero,the yarn strength is decided mainly by fiber the performance;when the ratio tend to one,the yarn twist factor and the strength of yarn are positive correlated,the greater the twist factor,the greater the strength of the yarn;the ratio between zero and one,rotor yarn strength model can be transformed into a twist factor of the main parameters of the multi - model.Value by t-test,the model can be used for rotor spun yarn of pure strength forecast.
