The Study Of Safety Supervision And Emergency Measures Of LNG Vessel

The total energy of LNG stored in LNG(liquefied natural gas)vessel is very large,and the consequences of leakage explosions in LNG vessels are unimaginable.At present,China has built and put into operation LNG projects in Ningbo,Zhuhai,Tianjin and Quanzhou.Their construction and commissioning have played a vital role in accelerating port construction in the above areas and promoting local economic development,but also in these areas.The water safety regulation poses a challenge.This paper is based on the water safety supervision department,according to the theory-the analysis of the status quo-the problem is presented-the analysis of the causes-the research ideas of the countermeasures,and the analysis of the specificity of LNG vessel transportation.Combining with the purpose of research,this paper analyzes the arduousness,urgency and complexity of LNG vessel supervision tasks.Based on the current situation of specific port waters,and draws on the research results of related topics such as LNG maritime transport safety management at home and abroad,it conducts in-depth research on the safety supervision of LNG vessels.Identify all kinds of hazard sources for LNG transport vessels,and analyze the eountermeasures from the four perspectives of navigation safety,operation life cycle,port construction,vessel port security,and accident emergency response,to ensure the safety of LNG vessels maritime safety to the greatest extent.
