The Design And Implementation Of Legal Management System For Shanxi Coal International Energy Group

There are many legal incidents involved in the daily business of Shanmei International Energy Group.Due to certain problems in the legal management system of the company,it is difficult for the company to systematically handle various disputes in the process of conducting legal affairs,and the ability to respond to legal risks is insufficient;in addition,some staff members of the enterprise have problems such as weak legal awareness,enterprises lack effective ways to cultivate staff legal awareness,and research on legal factors is not deep enough.Therefore,shanmei international energy group decided to optimize the existing legal management system of the enterprise,and developed the legal management system under this background.In the design and implementation of the legal management system,the MVC design pattern,the Hibernate framework,the Spring Boot framework,and the Mysql database are applied.The system hierarchy is determined by applying the MVC design pattern.The data retrieval and access process is standardized by applying the Hibernate framework.The application of the Spring Boot framework takes advantage of its data monitoring and helps to standardize the system logic level.In addition,the application of Mysql database is based on its lightweight and simple features.The legal management system has implemented modules such as dispute case management,legal risk management,popularize laws work management,legal research,and knowledge base management.The dispute case management module implements functions such as dispute management,special procedure management,and case statistics;the legal risk management module implements functions such as risk assessment,risk database management,legal clinic management,countermeasure application,and risk collection;realize plans of the popularize laws work,online learning,legal training and other functions through the popularize laws work management;realize the research of the subject and the application of the results through the legal research module;realize the management case database,the regulatory library,the business guidance library,the best practice library,the legal index dictionary and the standard text library through the knowledge base management module.The application of this legal management system to the legal management system of Shanrnei International Energy Group has an immediate effect Enterprises can adopt more abundant and diversified means to carry out legal training work,and strengthen the management of dispute cases while cultivating the legal awareness of enterprise personnel.Enterprises can more easily cope with legal risk factors and provide a faster means for companies to conduct in-depth research on legal events.
