Food safety is related to consumer health and social stability.However,a series of food safety incidents have had a very bad effect on college canteens.Canteen food safety is an important part of food safety in China,especially in school security,teachers' and students' health.It is urgent to grasp the dynamic information of canteen food safety.With the rapid development of economy,the development of information technology is developing and promoting.Nowadays,smart surveillance is commonly and widely used in everyday life.Smart surveillance marks the beginning of a new era,which is the inevitable trend of food safety monitoring and the embodiment of keep pace with the times.It is an effective way to improve the modernization level of governance and governance capacity of food safety.It is also an effective way to improve post-event monitoring of food safety incidents.This project introduced the concept of “Smart Surveillance” into canteen management.It focuses on monitoring in the kitchen food processing.This project is based on the theory of smart surveillance,combined with the background,significance and domestic and international development status,which described the new information technology and its characteristics.This project takes the canteen of F university as an example.According to the current situation and problems of the canteen,this project plans to design a university smart kitchen monitoring system.The main design purpose of the system is to solve the problems in the monitoring of the canteen,it will aim to strengthen the control of food safety and improve the original canteen supervision process.The university smart kitchen monitoring system will devise the aspects of video monitoring,environmental monitoring,nutrition monitoring,food traceability,food safety and so on.It mainly includes nine sub-systems: staff information management,raw material traceability,catering cost accounting,smart kitchen monitoring,intelligent warehouse warning,nutritional meal recommendation,online ordering,food safety inspection and background feedback.The university smart kitchen monitoring system in virtue of advanced science and technology,which focus on canteen food safety monitoring and the goal of achieving “transparency” in all areas of comprehensive intelligent monitoring at the canteen.This system aims to increase the participation of teachers and students in food safety monitoring and enhance the trust of teachers and students in food safety.
