A Study Of The Survey,Monitoring And Regulation Strategy Of The Packaged Drinking Water In Shijiazhuang

The continuous improvement of China's national living standards,the degree of water pollution is becoming more and more serious,and people's requirements for drinking water safety are getting higher and higher,which promotes the rapid development of the drinking water industry.In recent years,China's packaging drinking water industry has developed rapidly.In order to pursue high efficiency,some enterprises lack a strict safety monitoring of the production process in the drinking water industry,resulting in some quality problems in some products,and the qualification rate is low.The risks in China's packaging drinking water industry mainly involve the following aspects: water source risk analysis;production link risks,including: low entry barriers for packaging drinking water industry,uneven production enterprises,lax management of some enterprises,and unsustainable production capacity,risks of maintenance and cleaning and disinfection of pipelines and equipment,use of packaging containers,risk of water treatment and sterilization process,risk of cleaning and disinfection of bottles(barrels)and their covers,risk of detergent and disinfectant selection and use,risk of mineral addition control and health management of operators in the production of drinking mineral water and so on.This research uses literature analysis method and investigation analysis method to find out the problems existing in the domestic packaging drinking water industry,and designs a questionnaire according to relevant questions to conduct a survey on the packaging drinking water production enterprises in Shijiazhuang,and according to the existing problems,the packaging for its production is consumed.The water is sampled to find out the corresponding problem and develop a corresponding solution.Through questionnaire survey,it is determined that there are the following problems in the packaging drinking water production enterprises in Shijiazhuang: the process set of water treatment and the maintenance are unreasonable,and exist potential risks;the microorganisms are unqualified,mainly because the inspection level of the inspectors,the unreasonable of laboratory settings and the insufficient of storage capacity;the quality of the barrels is uneven;the recycling of the barrels is not strict;cleaning and disinfection are not conducted what they should be.According to the results of sampling inspection in the packaging drinking water industry in Shijiazhuang,it was found that the quality of packaging drinking water in China maintained a good level in 2016,the total qualified rate was 93.4%,and the unqualified items were coliform and Pseudomonas aeruginosa;176 kinds of antibiotics and other organic pollutants were quickly screened,as a result,6 batches of stimulant-containing caffeine(detection limit: 0.001 ng/m L)were screened out.After further quantitative detection,6 batches of caffeine were detected,and there respectively values were 2.06 ng/ml,0.100 ng/ml,0.105 ng/ml,0.126 ng/ml,0.167 ng/ml,0.773 ng/ml,and no antibiotics were detected.There are the following problems in the packaging drinking water industry in Shijiazhuang: the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the packaged drinking water is the highest,with a big risk hidden danger;the sampling results show that the E.coli content of some drinking water exceeds the standard.In response to the problems in the packaging drinking water industry in Shijiazhuang,the following solutions were designed: Strengthen the management of the packaging drinking water production enterprises by the regulatory authorities,mainly including strengthening supervision of the supervision projects(including strengthening the detection of organic pollutants and detection of hydrogen peroxide residues)and strengthening supervision of production processes;strengthening quality management training for production enterprises;strengthening annual review and irregular review of packaging drinking water industry.
