The extraction agent for sample pretreatment is generally traditional organic solvent and most them are volatile,toxic and flammable.They are harmful to the experimental operators and can pollute the environment.In recent years,the technology on sample pretreatment is developing in a direction of micro solvent.The ionic liquid of "green solvent" is combined with the dispersive liquid for micro extraction,which can give full play to their advantages and make enrichment and separation for pollutant with low concentration in matrix to provide the pretreatment method that is rapid,accurate,sensitive and efficient for analysis to measure organic compounds.In this study,the optimization and characterization on the synthesis of[OMIM]PF6 ionic liquids by conventional and microwave batch heating assisted methods are researched.The synthesis conditions of conventional methods were optimized from reaction temperature,reactant,ratio reaction time etc.,and the synthesis conditions of microwave assisted synthesis were optimized on intermittent heating method from the reactant ratio,microwave power,etc.HPLC,UV,IR,NMR and other methods were used to characterize the structures of the ion liquid.Experiments prove that microwave assisted synthesis of ionic liquid intermittent heating reacts more quickly and operates more convenient with higher production rate compared with the traditional method,which has more advantages and is more suitable for wide application in production experiment.This article combines synthesis[OMIM]PF6 ionic liquid with dispersive liquid by micro extraction method and applies on detecting research of typical surface water in Taizhou city(Fengcheng River,Dongcheng River,Nanguan River),which measures pesticide residues in simultaneous determination of azoxystrobin,tebuconazole and diafenthiuron,and uses high performance liquid chromatography for detection.The chromatographic conditions for simultaneous determination of the three pesticides were investigated by UV detector in terms of the wavelength,the ratio of mobile phase,flow velocity and column temperature.[OMIM]PF6 ionic liquid was studied systematically in the extraction and separation of the three kinds of pesticides,and the effects of the type of dispersant,solvent quality,dispersant volume,extraction time,centrifugation time,reaction temperature,pH and salinity on extraction efficiency were researched.The experimental methods were evaluated in terms of enrichment times,relative standard deviations,detection limits and spiked recoveries.The[OMIM]PF6 ionic liquid and dispersion liquid micro extraction was applied to analyze trace plasticizers DEP and DBP in typical surface water of Taizhou River(Fengcheng River,Dongcheng River and Nanguan River).Under the optimal conditions,the various influence factors such as[OMIM]PF6 content,dispersant category,dispersant volume and extraction time on the extraction on plasticizer determine the optimum extraction conditions and the method is evaluated.
