With the rapid development of economy in our country,oil and natural gas demand increases sharply,the rapid development of the oil industry speed up the construction of oil and gas pipeline in China,the situation that pipeline across the river trends more and more.After the oil leakage accident occurred in where the pipeline crossing the river,once the oil leak to the river,it will cause serious damage to the water quality of the river and ecological along the pipeline,even may cause a fire or explosion.In order to take effective emergency management measures and alleviate the damage and effect after oil spill accidents,applies IWIND-LR software to simulate the accidental oil spill that occurred in a river in western China.In this paper,based on the IWIND-LR model,establish the hydrodynamic model of the aim river.The model parameters are calibrated and verified by the data of measured water level.The results show that the hydrodynamic model is usable.Based on the hydrodynamic model,by using IWIND-LR software,establish the oil spill model of the aim river.Simulate the migration trajectory of oil slick,the time and concentration distribution when oil slick arrive at each interception point at the downstream.The results show that,in the same quantity of flow and different oil spill quantity,the migration trajectory is basically the same,that spillage has little effect on the migration rate,but the concentration in every interception point is different at different time.The same oil spill quantity and different quantity of flow,the greater the flow,the faster of the migration rate,and it is also earlier reach all the interception points.It can be seen that,river flow has great diffusion on the migration rate of oil spill.The simulation of oil spill and emergency countermeasures are important part of oil spill emergency response.The existing oil spill emergency countermeasures are most for marine oil spill accidents,and hydro geologic conditions of the river have large differences with marine environment.According to the characteristics of the river,this paper introduces the common methods of controlling the oil spill,the layout method of the oil boom and the method of oil spill cleanup and recovery.At the same time,aiming at the topographic condition and stream flow condition around the seven interception point set up by oil and gas company,design the layout structure of oil booms.The objective of the study has practical reference significance for formulate emergency response strategy.
