The steel-shift machine is an indispensable equipment in the production of steel pipes.With the continuous improvement of the requirements and quality standards for steel pipe products at home and abroad,the development of new steel-shift machine which accurately meet the technological requirements,suitable for a variety of steel pipe products,running smoothly,high level of automation is imminent.This article takes steel-shift machine as the research object.Analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several typical steel-shift machine structures through extensive investigation on steel-shift machine.Determines the functional requirements of the steel-shift machine according to the actual situation of the subject.With regard to the structural characteristics of the steel-shift machine,a new type of steel-shift machine structure was proposed.The design,analysis and applicability of the new steel-shift machine were carried out.The research results of this subject are of great significance for improving the function and engineering application of the steel-shift machine.The main research contents of this article are as follows:1)Propose a new type of steel-shift machine structureExtensive and in-depth investigation of the characteristics and principles of similar steel-shift equipment;through the reference method,practical experience method,comparative analysis method etc.,according to the requirements of this subject on the steel-shift machine,summarize the process flow and the working principle.A new steel-shift machine structure with two sets of transmission mechanisms,PLC comprehensive control and hydraulic drive is proposed.Carry out design analysis and calculation of key components.The steel-shift machine has reliable steel moving and wide adaptability,which greatly improves the matching degree with the production capacity of the rolling mill.It effectively solves the shortcomings of the past machine has few movable products and single specifications,can't accurately meet the requirements of process rhythm and process step,and can't start,stop and adjust the running direction at any time.2)Establish a finite element model of the beamBased on Autodesk inventor,the finite element model of the beam is established.Through the equivalent mechanical model,the Mises equivalent stress analysis and displacement analysis of the beam are performed.This is used to analyze and verify the rationality of the design of the beam.3)Finite element analysis of different specifications of steel pipes required by the processBased on Autodesk inventor,finite element analysis of different specifications of steel pipes supported by two to five transporters are done.The Mises equivalent stress analysis and displacement analysis of steel pipes with different diameters,different thicknesses and different lengths were conducted respectively.Summarize the analysis results and discover the rules.Carefully analyze the abnormal results again to find the cause of the abnormality.This is to analyze and verify whether the rationality of the spacing between the transporters and the specifications of the steel pipe required by the process are suitable for this process.4)Pre-assembly and motion simulation analysis of steel-shift machine through 2D CAD drawingsPre-assembly and motion simulation analysis of the steel-shift machine through 2D CAD drawings.Observation and analysis whether the equipment interferes with itself and surrounding equipment during assembly and movement.In order to analyze and verify the design of the steel-shift machine is reasonable.5)Simplify the components of the steel-shift machine,and establish a mechanical analysis diagramSimplify the components of the steel-shift machine,determine the type of mechanism,conduct a theoretical analysis on it,and determine its feasibility in theory.Established a simple mechanical analysis diagram and performed mechanical analysis to analyze and verify the rationality of the key components of the steel-shift machine.6)Applied research on steel-shift machineSummarize the main parameters of the equipment.Follow up the observation of the steel-shift machine.Know the status of equipment during manufacturing,processing,assembly,transportation,installation,commissioning and production.Aiming at the problems that occurred during the trial operation of the equipment,the design deficiencies were found,and remedial measures were proposed to ensure the construction period and production progress.Summarize the main problems and corresponding countermeasures of the equipment in the production through the feedback information.This subject combines traditional design methods with CAD / CAE computer-aided design methods: provides an effective design method for the research and development of steel-shift machines;Provide theoretical basis and practical experience for the agency's promotion,enterprise renovation project and new construction projects.
