With the rapid development of economy and modern industry of China,problems such as air pollution caused by smog are becoming more and more serious.As the main transmission channel for air pollution from Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei "2+26" cities and the key city for joint prevention control of air pollution in the Central Plains urban agglomeration,air problems in Henan Province should not be underestimated.As one of the key energy-consuming industries in Henan Province,the coal chemical industry is a key industry for energy consumption and pollution reduction.Air pollutants such as dust,SO2 and NOX affect the air quality seriously.At present,there are few studies on air pollutant control technology in the coal chemical industry in Henan Province.So,it is urgent to start relevant research work.This paper selects the coal chemical industry in Henan Province as the research object to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the dust removal,desulfurization and denitration technologies of the coal chemical industry.aiming to provide a scientific basis for companies and relevant departments to screen for pollutant control technology.This paper determined the distribution of coal chemical enterprises in Henan Province through field investigation and literature search.The distribution of coal chemical enterprises in Henan Province was mainly concentrated in Puyang,Hebi,Kaifeng,Pingdingshan and Anyang.Through investigation,the main pollutant emissions and the use of control technology were obtained.Based on this,the evaluation objects of dedusting,desulfurization and denitration technology were determined;and the control technology was analyzed from the aspects of working principle,process flow,technical application and existing problems.In addition,a cost-effective full-factor evaluation model including investment costs,operating costs and emission reduction benefits was established for the dustremoval,desulfurization and denitration technologies of the coal chemical industry.Using the established model and combining with the investigation case,the economical quantitative analysis and calculation of dust removal,desulfurization and denitration technologies are carried out.Using AHP and Yaahp software,a comprehensive evaluation system consisting of 13 sub-goals at the technical,economic and environmental levels was established,and the weight of the first-level evaluation indicator "environmental indicator" was shown to be the highest through the calculation of indicator weights.Quantitative and qualitative comprehensive evaluation of pollutant control technology is carried out by the combination of AHP and fuzzy evaluation.According to the economic quantitative calculation results and the comprehensive evaluation analysis of technology and environmental qualitative indicators,the comprehensive scores of bag dust removal technology,sodium calcium double alkali method desulfurization technology and SCR denitration technology are higher.And according to the evaluation scores,different pollutant control technologies in the coal chemical industry are ranked and results analysis were carried out.
