In the process of producing artificial diamond,the synthetic block plays the role of heat preservation and pressure transmission in the synthesis process,and after the synthesis process,the graphite core column needs to be extracted from the synthetic block.The purpose of extracting the graphite core column is to facilitate subsequent Diamond purification process.The method of extracting graphite core column in the method includes manual extraction and chemical dissolution.There is no method to complete the extraction of graphite core column by automated technology.Therefore,the design and research of automatic separation equipment for artificial diamond synthetic blocks has important engineering application value.This paper analyzes the structure and properties of the artificial diamond synthetic block,designs the scheme of automatic separation equipment according to the structure of the synthetic block and creates a prototype model of the automatic separation equipment;the structural parameters of the equipment prototype were determined by the structural design of the prototype of the automatic separation equipment.Validate the rationality of prototype design through virtual prototype simulation technology and finite element simulation.This article mainly carried out the following aspects of research:1)According to the structural characteristics,material characteristics and separation requirements of the artificial diamond synthetic block,a hierarchical separation process was adopted,and according to the purpose of each level of separation work,multiple design schemes for various levels of separation parts were proposed to plan the function of the automatic separation equipment.Combined with the needs of production enterprises and the requirements of ergonomics,the evaluation scheme of automatic separation equipment was determined,the design scheme was evaluated and decided with the help of AHP method,and a prototype model of automatic separation equipment for artificial diamond synthetic blocks was created in Solid Works.2)According to the functional requirements of the first-stage separation part,determine the structural size of the jaw-type separation mechanism,combined with the relevant design requirements and the planned lower jaw movement trajectory,initially determine the structural parameters of the first-stage separation part,and carry out the structure with the smallest volume as the goal optimize the design and get reasonable structural parameters;analyze the power consumption required for crushing pyrophyllite,select the drive motor in the first stage separation part and complete the design of the flywheel.3)According to the functional requirements of the circumferential surface separation mechanism,the size of the separation structure without card rotation and cutting was determined.The circumferential surface separation mechanism was analyzed from the aspects of friction conditions and power interference,and the structural parameters of the circumferential surface separation mechanism were determined..4)The virtual prototype simulation of the upper stage separation mechanism in the first stage separation part was carried out to obtain the results of the motion parameters,contact force and movement trajectory of the movable jaw during the work,which verified that the designed prototype machine can realize the planned function5)ANSYS Workbench was used to perform finite element analysis on the prototype of the automatic separation device for artificial diamond synthetic blocks.Through static analysis,it is verified that the strength and stiffness of the moving jaw and drive roller meet the requirements;through modal analysis,it is verified that the equipment will not generate resonance during operation;and through transient dynamic analysis,the rationality of the structural design is verified.The research of this subject provides the process flow and a set of structural design schemes of an automatic separation device for artificial diamond synthetic blocks,which provides design reference and basis for the research and development of automatic separation equipment.
