In order to improve the odor in the factory seriously exceeded the standard,affecting the health and comfort of personnel and the safety of the environment in a pig slaughtering and processing enterprise in Mianyang city,Sichuan province.In ensuring that this study does not affect the safety in production situation,on the basis of the original design to increase installed a set of gas processing plant,biological filter tank is chosen as the sewage treatment station new expansion of the slaughtering enterprises odor treatment projects of main equipment,added 12 gas monitoring stations at the same time in the factory,the odor treatment plant debugging operation optimization parameters in November 1 months,6 months and after testing related odor indicators,namely the concentration of H2S,NH3 concentration and the concentration of ozone,was still in the worker to issue 68 questionnaires odor evaluation.The results indicated that:?1?Prior to this enterprise the stench of testing,the factory main pollutants in the air for ammonia and hydrogen sulfide,pollution mainly in the sewage treatment station,station odor mainly from grille well,fine grille and oil tank insulation,air flotation machine,hydrolysis acidification pool,pool,sludge dewatering machine room,etc.,ammonia and hydrogen sulfide monitoring data were 2.5 mg/m3 and 0.21 mg/m3,beyond national 1.5 mg/m3 and 0.06 mg/m3limit standard.?2?Late research on odor source distribution,odor,and the characteristics of the ingredients,on the basis of the original sewage treatment station added by negative pressure gas collecting cover and set the wind pipe gas collection system,consisting of new biological filter tank gas purification device,through the continuous and stable operation,the monitoring of the highest in ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were 0.2 mg/m3 and 0.01 mg/m3,the ammonia and hydrogen sulfide removal rate were over 80%,meet the national standards.Through the questionnaire survey of the staff in the factory,the odor was obviously reduced and the environment was obviously improved.?3?Economic analysis:the average daily processing cost was 1097 yuan.In conclusion,the biological filter box type odor purification device was added to the slaughterhouse.The monitoring data of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were 0.2mg/m3 and0.01mg/m3,respectively,which were far lower than the national standards of 1.5mg/m3 and0.06mg/m3.The expected treatment goal was achieved and the economic cost was low.
