This article mainly introduced the design of the software and hardware of belt transmission system fault detection node module,which was based on the PIC microcontroller.The main contents were the design of the hardware circuit and the software program.After designing the minimum system of the single chip microcomputer,we used photoelectric coupler to detect multiple switch signals,and had two way communication channel 485,which may receive the superior node data,and send data to lower node.Software program was composed of the main function and some module function constitute,and the realize of whole function was through the main function call.This topic finally realize 12 road switch signal test and 485 communication.This module is based on the PIC microcontroller,CPU utilization high and execution speed.The reduced instructions greatly improve execution efficiency.This module hardware development tools is Altium Designer 6.9,and PIC16F873 A microcontroller of the American Microchip company is used for the platform of the development.This design software development tool mainly uses MPLAB IDE V8.3,and the programming language uses C language.Completion of the design of single chip needs to grasp PIC16F873 A related knowledge and practical application,the design of the single chip microcomputer buffer circuit of photoelectric coupler principle and function of writing,software and hardware design in the required software applications.The driver can run normally,and the operation results were correct,which proofed the design ideas correct.
