Printed fabric products are widely loved by the public.The washing process after printing is related to the physical and chemical indexes of fabric,such as color fastness,brightness,whiteness,degree of contamination,hand feel,etc.,which is closely related to the final product quality of the fabric.In the actual production process,there are many kinds of printing,the same printing type and fabric are the same.The cylinder difference is relatively easy to control when the machine is used for post press washing.However,when the workshop is in mass production,considering the planned demand and delivery date and other factors,it is unable to meet the requirement that the same type of printed fabric is only used for washing the same machine in the same workshop.Therefore,it is particularly important to control the dyelot chromatism of different machines in the actual production process.This paper focuses on the study of different printing types Different types of dyeing machine(overflow dyeing machine and air flow dyeing machine)in the process of printing and washing,the degree of contamination in the white background printing fabric after printing and washing,finally through the change of the process flow to adjust the difference,achieve the purpose of reducing the cylinder difference repair rate.reducing the grey fabric reporting rate and improving the overall output.(1)Take the reference standard samples of two classic printing types(reactive printing and disperse printing)and divide them into light color,dark color and very dark color according to the color.First,carry out the small sample washing process in the laboratory.By changing various factors in the washing process(such as time,temperature,times,types of dyes and auxiliaries),explore the laboratory light color washing workers of different printing types of fabrics Technical process,dark washing process and the influence of very dark washing process,The washing process parameters of different types were obtained,which improved the washing process efficiency and increased the performance of the washing workshop.(2)The influence of two different types of dyeing machines,i.e.traditional overflow dyeing machine and new air flow dyeing machine,on different color and white ground contamination and fabric color in the process of printing and washing.It is found that the use of soap with optimized formula in the process of washing can improve the white ground contamination in reactive dye printing,which is more significant with the deepening of printing color.Secondly,under the same washing process,the air flow dyeing machine has a low bath ratio,even if the same amount of anti-contamination agent is added to the soap,its white ground and dark color will be printed.The contamination is also serious.(3)The SYNER—GY150 dyeing machine(bath ratio 1:4)and INNOFLOW EXL overflow dyeing(bath ratio 1:10)of Bazoni Co.,Ltd.in Italy are two major types of dyeing machine that are selected to analyze the impact factors of washing efficiency after dyeing with different types of reactive dyes,and thus the optimal washing process scheme is listed.Through the analysis of dyelot chromatism,matching difference and color fastness,it can be seen that the dyeing machine with low bath ratio can be partially washed with low strength water.In addition,for different white printed fabrics,the darker the color is,the more stringent the washing conditions are still needed to achieve the same qualified washing quality as light color printing,so as to prevent white contamination.
