In drilling three working machine, winch is the core component of the drilling rig, and directly determines the capacity of which drilling rig. With the rapid development of economy, oil consumption is also significant growth, energy development and use of increasingly urgent. With the development of petroleum exploration and development, the difficulty of drilling is increasing ceaselessly. A number of new drilling technologies are emerging, especially in some special process wells, and the requirement to drilling rig and winches on the technical performance is getting higher and higher. In China, winches drived by the traditional mechanical transmission accounts for a large proportion of the winch, which are multi-axis and the chain drive by the way.For traditional mechanical drive winch's shortcomings of big volume, quality heavy and complex structure, it is difficult to better meet the requirements of these new drilling technologies. JC50DB winch transmission system is designed in this paper. It overcomes shortcomings of mechanical drive winch, have good drilling performance, stable starting, constant power speed range, higher power efficiency and so on. It can better simplify structure of the winch.JC50DB winch has good adaptability, novel structure, and economy is good.This paper describes the development of domestic oil drilling hoist status and the presence of domestic and international drilling winch some of the gap, and describes the development trend of oil drilling hoist; based on expounding the function and design principles of the winch, the main components and overall design of the JC50DB drawwork transmission system are determined. The basic parameters of the JC50DB winch transmission system is calculated and parameters of the main components of JC50DB winch main transmission system such as motor, roller, brakes, gearbox, are designed; on the basis of determining the JC50DB drawwork transmission system scheme and parameters, the structure of JC50DB winch transmission system is designed, and its three-dimensional modeling is established in Pro / e; under the actual condition, the finite element model of the drum, drum shaft and drum shaft assemble are made, their restraint conditions and the load distribution are determined scientifically and reasonably. The analysis of the drum, drum shaft and drum shaft assemble are got. The results of finite element analysis verify that the design of JC50DB drawworks is reasonable and meets the requirements of normal working. Through the design and analysis of JC50DB winch transmission system, the defects of traditional transmission winch are solved; provide theory reference in the design of winch and have certain engineering application value.
