The problem of mine safety production,especially the safety production of coal mines,is a long-standing problem that needs to be solved urgently.At home and abroad,we have been committed to escorting coal mine safety production from various aspects through the establishment of an information management system.The digitalization and information construction of coal mine safety production have achieved certain results.However,the current data collected by the information management system is only for a single coal mine,a single indicator,there is little correlation between the data,the lack of integrated analysis,the formation of a comprehensive coal mine safety index,can not form a comprehensive guide to coal mine safety production.This article fully analyzes the national coal mine safety information data and establishes a comprehensive national coal mine safety information data platform.The platform consists of five subsystems:the coal mine basic information subsystem collects the national coal mine basic information data,and builds a national coal mine basic information database on this basis.;The coal mine quality standardization subsystem collects and reports the quality standardization inspection plan and checklist data to manage the inspection problems;the coal mine hidden danger investigation subsystem collects and reports the accident,three violations,and hidden danger data,and manages the hidden danger information;the coal mine risk management and control subsystem collects Report coal mine risk information,manage hazard sources and risk information;the coal mine safety index subsystem establishes a national coal mine safety information database,performs statistics and analysis on the information in the information database,and displays it in the form of coal mine safety index.The national coal mine safety information data integrated platform adopts B/S architecture,the development platform selects.NET platform,and the construction model adopts MVC framework.The basic data is stored in SQL Server database,and the coal mine safety index is stored and analyzed in MySQL database.Data exchange uses Web Service calling technology.Through the national coal mine safety information data integrated platform,the national coal mine safety information data is integrated and analyzed,and finally the intelligent analysis and early warning of the national coal mine safety situation in the form of a safety production index to improve coal mine production efficiency,safety production level,safety Management level;assist the supervision department to control the state and trend of coal mine safety production in a macroscopic and dynamic way,provide scientific and effective guidance for coal mine safety production,improve disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities,and curb serious safety accidents.The national coal mine safety information and data integration platform is in the stage of demonstration and application.The total number of users has reached more than 2,600,collecting more than 4.1 million coal mine quality standardization,hidden dangers,and risk data.The coal mine safety index subsystem has formed more than 1,600 evaluation indicators.Dimensionally analyze coal mine safety production status and guide coal mine safety production.
