Electroplated diamond wire saws are widely used in photovoltaic silicon crystal slicing and integrated circuit substrate slicing with its' excellent sawing performance.In order to reduce the cost of microelectronics and optoelectronic products and improve the utilization of crystalline materials,the diameter of the diamond wire saw is getting smaller and smaller,but the quality requirements of the diamond wire saws are getting higher and higher.In the manufacturing process of multi-wire electroplated diamond wire saws,the surface of the diamond wire saw is prone to abrasive particle agglomeration,uneven distribution of abrasive particles and large quality differences between the multi-wire,which restricts the quality improvement and cost reduction of the electroplated diamond wire saw.In this paper,in view of the problems existing in the sanding process and equipment of the six-wire suspended sanding electroplated diamond wire saws,designed the new structure sand sweeping pipe,analyzed the fluid field of sand sweeping pipe and sanding tank,built the velocity of sand blasting nozzle testing platform,and tested the velocity of the sand blasting nozzle in the sand sweeping pipe.Through the research,the manufacturing process parameters of the six-wire suspended sanding production line were determined,the research work is of great significance for improving the manufacturing quality of the six-wire suspended sanding electroplated diamond wire saws.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyzed the structure of the sanding tank and the sand sweeping pipe of the six-wire suspended sanding electroplated diamond wire saw,existed the problem such as the unreasonable distance between the two sand sweeping pipe in the sanding tank,liquid flow dead zone of sanding tank bottom and other issues.Proposed the improved scheme of sand sweeping pipe,and the middle liquid inlet sand sweeping pipe was designed.(2)Simulation model of the flow field in the sand sweeping pipe with one end inlet structure and middle inlet structure a and b was established,simulated the effects of different inlet velocity and the position of the sand blasting nozzle on the velocity of the sand blasting nozzle,built the velocity of sand blasting nozzle testing platform for certification and conducted the experimental study,the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The velocity of the sand blasting nozzle decreases linearly with the distance from the liquid inlet in one end inlet;The flow velocity of the sand blasting nozzle on both sides of the middle inlet sand sweeping pipe is symmetrical about the liquid inlet;The flow rate of the left and right sand blasting nozzle of the middle inlet b sand sweeping pipe is the highest,which is beneficial to solve the sedimentation phenomenon at the bottom of the tank.(3)The flow field analysis model of the sanding tank with sand sweeping pipe was established,analyzed the effects of the sand sweeping pipe reciprocating speed,the flow velocity of the liquid inlet and structure of the sand sweeping pipe on the flow field of the sanding tank.The structure b middle liquid inlet sand sweeping pipe enhances the fluid flow uniformity than the one end inlet in the sanding tank.The fluid velocity in the sanding tank is greatly affected by the flow velocity of the inlet of the sand sweeping pipe and less affected by the reciprocating speed of the sand sweeping pipe.Through simulation analysis,the reciprocating speed of the sand sweeping pipe and the inlet flow velocity of the sand sweeping pipe of the six-wire suspended sanding electroplated diamond wire saw were determined.(4)Stress analysis was carried out of the diamond particle in the sanding tank,analyzed the effect of spacing of the wire saw matrix in the sanding tank on sanding of the six-wire suspended sanding electroplated diamond wire saw,and calculated the time required for the diamond particles to be covered by the coating after being adhered to the wire saw matrix.
