Nd-Fe-B magnetic materials have excellent comprehensive magnetic properties and are widely used in energy,medical,household appliances and other fields.With the national advocacy of new energy,energy conservation and environmental protection,and sustainable development,Nd-Fe-B magnetic materials are more brilliant in the fields of electric vehicles,electronic communications and so on.The annual growth rate of Nd-Fe-B material demand is about 10%?15%.The increase of Nd-Fe-B material demand promotes the development of Nd-Fe-B material cutting process.In this thesis,the mathematical model of electroplated diamond wire was established and the fracture morphology of Nd-Fe-B material was observed.Guided by the theory of critical indentation depth of brittle plastic transition of Nd-Fe-B magnetic material,the cutting experiment of 0.33 mm electroplated diamond wire on Nd-Fe-B magnetic material was designed under different cutting parameters.The cutting surface morphology and chip morphology of Nd-Fe-B magnetic material were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the removal mechanism of Nd-Fe-B magnetic material in WEDM was explored.The surface morphology of Nd-Fe-B slices was observed by scanning electron microscope,and the influence of different cutting parameters on the surface quality was summarized.The surface roughness of Nd-Fe-B chip was measured by roughness meter,and the variation of surface roughness of Nd-Fe-B chip under different cutting parameters was studied.The torque and speed data of wire cutting machine in Nd-Fe-B cutting were collected,and the change of cutting torque under different experimental parameters was studied.Through the calculation of the cutting force under different parameters,the calculation formula of the cutting force of Nd-Fe-B material in WEDM with electroplated diamond was fitted.ABAQUS finite element simulation software is used to simulate the cutting process of Nd-Fe-B WEDM with electroplated diamond.To explore the stress and temperature changes in the cutting area under different parameters.By observing the morphology change of electroplated diamond wire in use,the failure process and failure form of electroplated diamond wire coating and diamond abrasive were summarized.ABAQUS was used to simulate the stress and strain of the diamond particles and the nickel coating around them,and to explain the failure process of the diamond particles and nickel coating on the electroplated diamond line.
