The Tarim River is the largest inland river in China and is located in the southern part of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The Tarim River Basin has a long history and a vast river basin. It is the most important river in our region. The Tarim River Basin is a typical temperate arid continental climate with rare precipitation and strong evaporation. The Aksu area is located in the upper reaches of the Tarim River. The water supply is mainly supplied by the upstream mountain, and the water and time distribution is extremely uneven.Due to years of chaos and deforestation, blind land reclamation and abandoned farming, causing vegetation damage, desertification of the land, and river closure, the water pollution in the basin is further aggravated with the increase of labor, agricultural production and population. It is directly related to the economic development, ecological balance and sustainable development of the Tarim River Basin. In order to improve the efficiency of water pollution control in the Tarim River Basin, this study takes water pollution control in the Aksu area of the Tarim River in Xinjiang as the research object.Through the investigation of water pollution in the Aksu section the actual situation of water pollution control in the Aksu section is analyzed.Based on the analysis of the comprehensive treatment effect of water pollution, combined with the actual situation of water pollution control results in the basin, the suggestions and countermeasures for water pollution control in the Aksu section are proposed.Through this study,it is found that the water quality detection sections of the Aksu area from 2015 to2018 are mainly I~III.The pollution mainly comes from agricultural drainage, industrial wastewater, and urban domestic sewage discharge.Among them, agricultural drainage has the greatest impact on the water quality of Tahe.In view of water pollution in the Aksu section of the basin, comprehensive pollution control measures are led by national and local government functions, formulating laws and regulations, implementing local main responsibilities, and increasing investment in pollution control;enterprises are included in regional state control and district control enterprises,Detecting behavior or entrusting detection behavior, detecting the pollution discharge, the operation of the treatment facility, and the impact on the surrounding environment quality;the public participates in water pollution control through a free participation mechanism.Through the analysis of ecological, economic and social benefits from the comprehensive treatment of water pollution in the Aksu section of the Tarim River Basin from 2013 to 2018,the analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze the comprehensive management benefits of the Aksu area, and the watershed ecology of the Aksu section was obtained. The change in benefits is relatively the most obvious.Through the comprehensive weighting of linear weighted calculation indicators, the comprehensive benefit evaluation of water pollution control in Aksu region showed an increasing trend in 2013-2018.However,the growth rate needs to be improved. In order to accelerate the growth of comprehensive management benefits in the Aksu section, this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide scientific information for the comprehensive management of the Aksu River Basin and the comprehensive evaluation of governance.
