Traditional field test methods for testing drilling tools are not only expensive,long,but also ineffective.In order to research and develop advanced drilling tools,this paper designs a control system for the test bench based on directional rotary steering drilling tools to simulate the field process And working conditions,to inspect the performance of the developed drilling tools,to discover problems in the design and processing of drilling tools,and to improve and perfect the drilling tools.This article first briefly introduces the mechanical structure,technical indicators and functional parameters of the directional rotary steering drilling tool test bench,the selection of related sensors,and the program design of the upper and lower computers of the control system according to the test principles and test tasks.Secondly,based on the characteristics of the test bench,a mathematical model of relevant actuators is established,a transfer function is designed,its output torque control strategy is analyzed,a fuzzy adaptive PID control method is selected,and the response speed and overshoot of the control system are improved by fuzzy control,Through PID control to reduce the steady-state error of the control system.The fuzzy adaptive PID controller of the loading control system of the test bench is designed and simulated using Simulink module in Matlab software.The simulation results are compared with the simulation results using conventional PID control.The comparison results show that the control effect of using fuzzy adaptive PID control is significantly better than that using conventional PID control.Finally,LabVIEW is used to design the control system operation software,including the main control interface,user login management,data management and other related major modules,to realize the development of the analog control system,and the use of graphical language to achieve fuzzy adaptive PID control in LabVIEW,which improves the system.Speed,stability and accuracy.
