Rotary steering drilling technology is a new type of automated drilling technology,but also the inevitable trend of the development of modern drilling technology.In the process of design and development of rotary steering drilling tool,collecting work parameters and doing the performance testing response analysis for rotary steering drilling tool are very important for the overall design and research of tool system.According to the above requirements,a ground test system is designed and developed for the performance testing of rotary steering drilling tool in this thesis.The main work in this thesis are as follows:1.Combining with the existing prototype of static push-the-bit rotary steering drilling tool whose work characteristics and functions have already been analyzed,a overall design solution of rotary steering drilling tool ground test system is proposed.2.According to the design solution,the design and fabrication of the ground test system hardware interface box are completed,and the design and selection of data acquisition module,data communication module,power-supply module are introduced in detail.3.According to the function requirements of the ground test system,the design and development of application software of the ground test system are completed by using LabVIEW program language,and the programming of modules is introduced in detail,including data acquisition module programming,data communication module programming and software user interface design.The application software has implemented the functions of data communication,parameter setting,data display,data storage and alarm reporting between test system and rotary steering drilling tool.4.Designing a test scheme,and the debugging and testing of communication function and data acquisition function of test system are accomplished successfully after the physical connection among test host,hardware interface box of ground test system and rotary steering drilling tool.Meanwhile,the step response performance of motor driving system and moter-hydraulic system are tested and analysed.The test results show that the proposed ground test system can achieve the data acquisition,transmission,displaying and control for the work parameters of rotary steering drilling tool,and can accomplish the step response analysis of motor driving system and moter-hydraulic system respectively,and lay the foundation for the theoretical simulation and design paramenters optimization of whole rotary steering drilling tool system in the future.
