Controllable bent sub test bench is a research and development equipment of controllable bent sub drilling tool.Firstly,this paper introduces the research status of rotary steering drilling technology at domestic and abroad.Then study of controllable bent sub,establish the kinematic model of eccentric ring,and derive the mathematical formula of tool angle adjustment and tool face angle adjustment process.Of controllable bent sub tool angle adjustment method and tool face angle adjustment method has carried on the theoretical analysis.Put forward three kinds of control of the controllable bent sub tool angle and tool face angle adjustment method.By using the MATLAB software to simulate the process of the tool angle adjustment process trajectory and the tool face angle adjustment process trajectory.By simplifying the controllable bent sub mechanics model,obtain the controllable bent sub inside eccentric ring and outside eccentric ring the maximum friction force and the friction torque in the process of guiding.Determine the controllable bent sub test bench functions and main technical parameters,and the system composition.The three-dimensional model was established by SolidWorks,and used Simulation carried out the finite element analysis on the main components of the test bench.Through the study of controllable bend sub geometry,put forward the ‘three laser measurement method' and ‘five laser measurement method'.By measuring the controllable bend sub three points in a plane or five points can achieve dynamic monitoring of controllable bend sub oriented process.
