The separation and analysis of trace components in complex systems is a huge challenge faced by pharmaceutical analysts.Green amino acid ionic liquids as a class of ionic liquids have been used in separation and enrichment,chiral recognition and other fields.In this paper,several amino acid ionic liquids and their composites were prepared for the separation and enrichment of complex drugs,and the drug content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The research contents include:1.A method based on the separation of l-dodecyl-3-methylimidazolium amino acid ionic liquid([C12min][Gly)two aqueous phases,combined with high-performance liquid phase for the determination of hypoglycemic agent anagliptin.Several parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were studied,such as types of salts,different ILs,the dosage of IL,as well as the temperature and pH.Under the best experimental conditions,the extraction efficiency of anagliptin was greater than 95%,and the detection limit was 0.012??g mL-1,a good linearity(R2=0.9991)equation was obtained with the concentration range was 0.02-50.0 ?g mL-1.Finally,the proposed method was successfully applied to determine the anagliptin tablets and anagliptin in mice serum.2.A green glycine ionic liquid-? CD polymer(AAIL-?-CDCP)was synthesuzed.The method combining with AAIL-?-CDCP as solid phase extraction material for the determination of permethrin and fenpropathrin with high performance liquid chromatography was established.Several parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were studied,such as the amount of AAIL-?-CDCP,the pH of the solution,the time and temperature of extraction and elution,the type of eluent were investigated.Under the optimized conditions,the extraction efficiency of permethrin and fenpropathrin were greater than 96%,the enrichment multiples were 12.0 and 14.0,respectively.The detection limit were 0.020 ug mL-1 and 0.023 ?g mL-1,respectively.Permethrin obtained a better linearity(R2=0.9993)equation with a concentration range of 0.025-20.00 ?g mL-1,fenpropathrin obtained a better linearity(R2=0.9992)equation with a concentration range of 0.03-25.00 ?g mL-1.Finally,the proposed method was successfully applied to the detection of pyrethroids in tea and tomato samples3.A green proline choline ionic liquid([Ch][Pro])functionalized magnetic nanoparticles(Fe3O4@SiO2@HID-[Ch][Pro])was synthesized for the first time.A method combining this magnetic nanoparticles as extractant for the determination of epristeride with high performance liquid chromatography was established.The solid phase extraction material was characterized by FIR?SEM?EDS?Zeta potential.Some parameters affect extraction and elution performance were investigated,such as the amount of extractant,pH of the solution,the time and temperature of extraction or elution,the type of eluent.Under the best conditions,the extraction efficiency was above 96%,the enrichment multiples was 13.0,the detection limit was 2.0 ng mL-1,a good linearity(R2=0.9992)equation was obtained with the concentration range was 0.01-20 ?g mL-1.Finally,the proposed method was successfully applied to determine epristeride in human serum and tablets4.A green proline choline ionic liquid([Ch][Pro])modified magnetic graphene oxide(GO)was used as a solid phase extractant(Fe3O4@SiO2@GO@[Ch][Pro]),which was characterized by FIR,hysteresis loops.A new method for the determination of fenthion by magnetic solid phase extraction with high performance liquid chromatography was established.Factors affecting extraction and elution performance were investigated,such as the amount of extractant,pH of the solution,the time and temperature of extraction and elution.Under the best conditions,the enrichment multiples was 12.5,the detection limit was 1.8 ng mL-1,a good linearity(R2=0.9987)equation was obtained with the concentration range was 0.02-10 ?g mL-1.This method has been successfully applied to the determination of fenthion in apple samples and water samples.
