Researchon The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In The New Era Under The Demands Of People's Livelihood

As an important part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the construction of ecological civilization is related to the well-being of the people and the future of the nation.Nowadays,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the issue of ecological environment has become the people's livelihood issue that the people are most concerned about.From the perspective of people's livelihood,the research on the construction of ecological civilization in the new era is not only the need to solve the problems of people's livelihood,but also the requirement of the era to promote the construction of ecological civilization and build a "beautiful China",which is the inevitable choice based on the actual development of China.The thesis uses literature research method,interdisciplinary research method and empirical research to study based on the Marxist ecological concept and Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought.Through the theoretical analysis of the construction of ecological civilization in the new era under the demands of people's livelihood,the thesis explains the meaning and basic level of people's livelihood,the connotation,characteristics and requirements of the construction of ecological civilization in the new era,and summarizes the demands of people's livelihood for the construction of ecological civilization in the new era.On this basis,to explore the complementary relationship between people's livelihood issues and the construction of ecological civilization in the new era,and to clarify the role of people's livelihood demands in promoting the construction of ecological civilization are conducive to enriching the connotation of ecological civilization construction,increasing the mass basis of ecological civilization construction,and forming a scientific pattern of ecological environment governance.The construction of ecological civilization is the practical requirement of people's livelihood.It can return to the essential value of ecological civilization construction,reflect the requirements and mission of the party's governance for the people,and is an important guarantee for the construction of "beautiful China".Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we has made a series of achievements in the construction of ecological civilization,but also has some problems,such as the negative impact of traditional ecological thoughts on the ecological environment,the lack of civil environmental rights,and the environmental rights of vulnerable groups need to be guaranteed.Through the analysis of these problems,the thesis puts forward the solution strategies and plans,which is conducive to accelerating the pace of ecological civilization construction in the new era.As the ruling party,the Communist Party of China listens to the people's environmental demands and solves the environmental problems in the field of people's livelihood is an important task and ultimate goal of ecological civilization construction.The construction of ecological civilization in the new era should not only maintain the people's character in the theory of ecological civilization,but also embody the principle of people-oriented in practice.Therefore,the construction of ecological civilization in the new era should be based on Marx's and Engels' s ecological livelihood thoughts and integrate Xi Jinping's ecological livelihood thoughts,safeguard citizens' environmental rights,strengthen public participation in environmental protection practices,and lay a solid foundation for environmental protection in the field of people's livelihood;We should from the establishment and improvement of the environmental protection system and the construction of environmental justice principles,we will protect the environmental rights of vulnerable groups and address the environmental problems in the field of people's livelihood.Paying attention to environmental issues and promoting the construction of ecological civilization in the new era is a positive response to the demands of people's livelihood,is conducive to safeguarding the fundamental interests of the people,better promoting the construction of an ecological civilization system and the great process of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and accelerating the construction of "beautiful China" and the realization of the "Chinese Dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
