As a kind of disposable energy,coal has always occupied a dominant position(60-70%)in China's energy production and consumption structure.It is predicted that by 2050,coal will still account for more than 50%of China's disposable energy.There are problems of spontaneous combustion and dust pollution in coal production,storage and transportation.At present,most coal logistics companies in China use the method of spraying dust suppressants and flame retardants simultaneously to conduct flame retardant and dust suppression of coal,and the flame retardants used are imported products,resulting in a substantial increase in costs.Domestic dust suppressant products are mostly"hard shell",easy to be broken by external forces to lose the dust suppression effect.To solve these problems,this paper with epoxy resin(E-51),butyl acrylate(BA)and ?-methyl acrylate,styrene(St),etc as the main raw material,pre emulsification semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization with microwave radiation method,two methods will be more than phytic acid and ammonium polyphosphate(APP)is introduced into system formed in the nitrogen-phosphate coordination with flame retardant system gives excellent flame retardant properties,and preparation of a kind of emulsion stability,film forming flexibility,at the same time both flame retardant and two dust suppression performance of soft membrane flame retardant agent of dust suppression.Flame retardant and dust suppressant was prepared by pre-emulsified semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization.The better preparation process was:at the stirring speed of 150?200 r/min,m(BA):m(St)=2:1,the dosage of potassium persulfate and sodium bisulfite mixed initiator was 0.6%,the ratio of emulsifier was m octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether(ms-1):m alkyl phenol ether sulfosuccinic acid sodium(op-10)=2:3,the dosage was 6.0%.The reaction temperature was 80? and the reaction time was 4.5 h.The addition amounts of e-51,phytic acid and APP were optimized and determined by response surface method:6.40%,2.13%and 4.27%,respectively.Through ft-ir,TGA,TEM and emulsion stability test,it is found that all monomers have reacted.The emulsion colloidal particles are of uniform core-shell structure with good thermal stability and emulsion stability.The best technological conditions were as follows:the dosage of initiator was 0.8%,the dosage of emulsifier was 6%,the microwave temperature was 80?,the microwave power was 100 W,and the microwave time was 90 min.The experimental results show that the emulsions with small particle size,narrow particle size distribution and good stability can be synthesized under microwave irradiation.After film formation,the breaking elongation of the flame retardant dust inhibitor can reach 568%for soft film flame retardant dust suppressant.Compared with traditional water bath method,the efficiency of microwave synthesis is 3 times that of traditional water bath method.Through the flame retardant dust suppression performance test of the soft film flame retardant and dust suppressant,It was found that the products produced by the two processes had the same effect.In the low temperature stage,it has a good inhibition ability to release CO from coal samples,and the resistance rate was 87.32%at 100?.The pyrolysis activation energy of lignite and anthracite increased by 18.3%and 40%respectively in the coal samples with soft film flame retardant and dust suppressant added in the middle temperature stage.By simulating the coal storage and transportation process,test the water retention of coal sample,the wind erosion resistance,shock resistance,and the rain and compression resistance by simulating the coal storage and transportation process,water loss rate of coal samples in 40 h is only 38.3%,the wind erosion rate of only 0.66%,in volatile pulverized coal loss rate was 1.35%after 20 h,After three times of simulated precipitation,its compressive performance was 0.604 Mpa,which was improved by 5.0%,50.4%,56.0%and 279.9%in water retention,wind erosion resistance,shock resistance,rain resistance and pressure resistance,respectively,compared with the commercially available dust suppressant.The application of soft film flame retardant dust suppressant can effectively reduce coal dust pollution and spontaneous combustion risk during coal storage and transportation,and can be popularized in coal mines,ports and other coal storage,transportation and production places.
