Study On Ecological Management In Baicheng Rural Areas

The governance of rural ecological environment is related to the improvement of residents’ sense of livability and the comprehensive development of rural ecology,economy and society,which plays an important role in the theme of rural revitalization.With the improvement of rural living environment,the rural environment is attracting more and more attention.The rural environment management in Baicheng has made continuous progress,but it still exists new problems.Compared with the urban environment,the rural make a difference due to the unique natural attributes.This topic focuses on Baicheng environment governance,in order to build a high standard ecological economic zone in the west of Jilin province,the research is carried out in accordance with local conditions.On the basis of Marx’s multidimensional view of nature and sustainable development,according to the ecological theory and regional environmental theory,using investigation and comparative analysis methods to research them,series suggestions are put forward.For peasants weak consciousness of environment protection,infrastructure lag,investment funds inadequacy,discuss straw burning safety,pesticide chemical fertilizer pollution,water safety,garbage disposal facilities,river cutoff crisis,put forward means to mobilize farmers’ subjective initiative,strengthening environmental supervision and to establish a long-term mechanism,optimize resources allocation,ensuring the ecological carrying capacity.By analyzing the status of the rural ecological environment in Baicheng,this paper will involve the key aspects of integration planning,ecological will be closely related to the causes and measures,give full play to the positive role of institutional economics,to lay foundation for the positive externalities of ecological environment governance implementation,and provide theoretical basis for the decision-making of local government.
