Rural Environment Protection Ecological Civilization

Civilization paradigm as a new form of civilization, ecological civilization aimedat achieving population, resources and environment coordinated development, is areflection of human industrial civilization drawbacks, but also represents a newdirection of development of human civilization. The report of the17th NationalCongress proposed to "build an ecological civilization, basically formed theconservation of energy resources and protect the ecological environment of theindustrial structure, growth and mode of consumption",18large and medium-sizedagain addressed the "ecological civilization", and promote it to more high strategiclevel, and economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, socialconstruction side by side to form the overall layout of the cause of socialism withChinese characteristics "five in one". The pursuit of ecological civilization-productionand way of life has gradually become the common goal of mankind.However, for various reasons such as management, technology, understandingintertwined environmental problems in rural areas as an important part of theconstruction of ecological civilization, for a long time in the state of beingmarginalized. Increasing environmental pollution in rural areas, the development ofagriculture has become the interchange of the most polluted industrial. Rural waterpollution, soil pollution, noise and atmospheric pollution, urban industrial pollution tothe countryside, the destruction of the ecological environment in rural areas hasbecome the outstanding problems of the rural environment. In addition, the problemof environmental pollution in rural areas are often intertwined with the population,economic development and other issues overlap, environmental conflicts becomemore apparent,"three rural" and other issues will be more complex. Should theseintensifying contradictions and problems can not be effectively resolved, will becomea major obstacle in the construction of new countryside in China. This paper tries toecological civilization construction requirements, to Qujing City, Yunnan Province, for example, the analysis of the problems and the reasons of the rural environment,the use of the concept of ecological civilization, to find measures to improve the stateof the environment in rural areas, and between man and nature, man and coordinateddevelopment of ecological, to achieve the purpose of building a new socialistcountryside.
