The faults in Penglai 19-3 oilfield are well developed, the shallow structure is broken, the distributions of oil&gas and pressure system are complicated.Due to complex environment, such as high temperature and high pressure, high viscosity of crude oil, serious sand occurrence in formation, and high gas content in fluid,it is inevitable that electric submersible pump wells will be shut down without failure, how to deal with or even avoid the production loss caused by the non-fault shut-down of the electric submersible pump well has become an important work on offshore platform.According to the actual situation of oil field, the thesis sums up some common troubles encountered during production, including sand occurrence and gas lock, and puts forward some corresponding measures, determines reasonable sand control strategy, establishes the optimal sand control plan, and guarantees the sand control effect. It is also very important to avoid gas cavitation and gas lock. Our target is to increase oilfield productivity as much as possible and decrease shut-down times,so we can improve economic benefit greatly.
