Among the many technical problems to be solved in the process of sandstone reservoir production, the production of sand from oil wells is a common problem. This, the technical personnel mainly use the sieve tube sand control technology to control sand, improve the oil well production. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the sand-producing mechanism and sand control technology of sieve tube in sandstone reservoir.Firstly, this paper studies the composition, mechanics and physical characteristics of sandstone reservoir by combining with relevant well logging data of sandstone reservoir. The results show that Sanhecun oilfield is a loose sandstone reservoir with weak rock cementation ability, strong water sensitivity, weak acid sensitivity, high porosity and high permeability.Secondly, this paper studies the mechanism of sand production in rock reservoirs is studied macroscopically based on relevant data at home and abroad. The results show that the sand-producing mechanism of sandstone reservoir is mainly tensile, shear and particle migration failure.Thirdly, this paper uses COMSOL,a finite element analysis software based on multi-physical field coupling,to establish sand production prediction models for three perforating wells?perforation phase Angle:0°,45°,90°?,and to quantitatively simulate and study the correlation and role of certain factors and oill well sand production. The research shows that:?1?the sand risk of perforated wells is mainly concentrated near the intersection of borehole wall and perforation channel, and the sand risk decreases gradually from the intersection of borehole wall and perforation channel along the direction perpendicular to the well from inside to outside.?2?increasing the relevant size?perforation diameter, perforation length, perforation density?and reducing the production pressure difference?p can reduce the harm of oil well sand production;?3?the sand production risk of the oil well with the perforation phase Angle of 45°is lower than that of the other two types of oil wells?the perforation phase Angle:0°and 90°?;?4?the sand production risk of oil well decreases rapidly with the increase of Poisson's ratio?;and increases rapidly with the increase of friction angle?;With the increase of cohesion C0,it decreases linearly.Fourthly, this paper takes the formation sand as the research object, calculates the related skin coefficient under darcy flow during sand control, and analyzes the influence of formation sand invasion on the productivity of screen gravel pack sand control Wells?directional and vertical Wells?.Finally, this paper select sieve gravel pack sand control technology related to improve perforation parameters and the improvement of perforation parameters and Technology?increase perforation diameter, perforation length, the size of perforation density and adopt perforation phase angle of 45°?,take reasonable design grading block sand barrier and further puts forward and expounds the big volume anti-settling integration technology, namely the hierarchical block sand barrier to prevent large?large particles of mud sand?,the large volume sand settling string is used to sink medium?medium particles?,the continuous lifting pump of the pumping unit is used to discharge small?small particles of mud sand?,and the sand filling tool of the quick switch filling channel is used for sand filling. The results show that the big volume anti-settling integration technology has achieved excellent sand control effect and is better than the traditional sieve tube sand control technology in the field sand control application of Sanhecun oilfield in Shandong province.
