Stratum cementation is loose in Shangnan and Linfanjia oilfield,the characteristics of which are concentrated well section containing oil,thin reservoir,shallow in depth,heavy oil,to produce sand easily.Since development we have used wire wrapped screen gravel packing,coating sand and composite sand control technologies.Certain effect has obtained.But with the increasing of exploitation time and continuous change of formation condition,sand production degree aggravates and deficit of stratum increases,which result in the decline of oil output,and have a direct impact on the further development of oil production plant.Aiming at the present situation,we investigate and study sand control technologies,analyze the mechanism of sand production,improve and optimize sand control parameters,and test new sand control technologies,establish a set of suitable sand control effect evaluation method for the area,optimal select sand control technologies which are fitting in the area.The main study contents include:(1)The high pressure filling sand control principle is analyzed.We design the process parameters,take two slugspacking,or improve packing tools to resolve the problems of the construction process.The nitrogen negative pressure flowback technologyis are screened out.(2)The end sand fallout mechanism of fracturing sand control technology is studied.We screen out the suitable proppant and fracturing fluid.Small displacement experiments and simulation of fracturing construction process are designed,and the repeated perforation and pickling tubular column technology are screened out.(3)The principle of hydraulic jet sand discharging is studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of the process are summarized in the field experiments.(4)Common evaluation methods for sand control effect are analyzed.We establish a set of comprehensive evaluation method which is suitable for the oil field by using the fuzzy theory of mathematics.Through the evaluation,the best sand control technology is the composite high pressure packing with plugging removal,followed by multiple perforating packing,one-time packing,fracturing sand control,and finally the hydraulic sand discharging.The sand control effect is good after the implementation of composite high pressure packing and fracturing sand control.And the effect of increasing oil output is obviously.These sand control methods meet the needs of blockproduction,provide a good reference on unconsolidated sandstone sand control study for other oil field.
