The era of knowledge economy makes the knowledge employees to be the main force of social development and the new-generation knowledge employees who take an important part bring this era development opportunities and motivation as well as management challenges.Therefore,how to activate the new-generation employees to the largest extent is a crucial problem to be solved for the enterprise and also a new subject worthy of attention.This paper defines the research subject what is new-generation knowledge employees in HY Tobacco Company and analyzes the incentives of theories,aiming to provide theoretical base for the company to manage the new-generation workers.On the other hand,by interviews and questionnaires,the paper analyzes the major demand characteristics of the new-generation knowledge employees in HY Tobacco Company.Then all the demand characteristics have been ranked according to the Q/A.In the end,the paper presents the exploratory strategies according to the established incentive mode.The strategies include creating perfect training plan,enterprise culture,career plan,and motivation-type salary strategy and so on.The paper conducts an exploratory study on the management of HY Tobacco Company’s new-generation employees,aiming to help the company understand the characteristics of the employees and offer references for the company to set up HR management strategies.
