With the rapid progress of economic globalization,people's health awareness is also increasing.Tobacco and its derivatives on the human health hazards of deepening,under the monopoly system,the extensive development model has not been able to meet the requirements of development.In the market economy environment,the monopoly system can not fully protect the "iron rice bowl" of tobacco workers.In the process of tobacco enterprise development,tobacco human development must be taken seriously.It is significant to study the incentive mechanism of tobacco commercial enterprises under the premise of market economy development and industry monopoly system.The study of the appropriate staff incentive mechanism is beneficial to stimulate the enthusiasm of tobacco workers and to activate the development of tobacco enterprises.At the same time,it is very important to realize the rapid and high-quality development of tobacco enterprises.Based on the extensive collection of materials,this article mainly studies W County Tobacco Company and studies the incentive mechanism for the grassroots employees of W County Tobacco Company.On the basis of fully understanding the relevant concepts and theories of incentive mechanism,the author studies the research results of incentive theory and practice at home and abroad,and analyzes the combination of theory and achievement with the practice of company development.This paper introduces the development of W County Tobacco Company,and introduces the current situation and characteristics of human resources development in detail.This introduction comes from three aspects: industry institutional mechanism,company organization structure and company human resource development.This paper analyzes the current incentive mechanism of W County Tobacco Company,from five aspects: remuneration,development and promotion,training and learning,performance management and trade union activities.Through the W county tobacco grass-roots staff survey to understand the grass-roots employees to the main motivation factors of satisfaction.Based on the current situation of incentive mechanism in this unit,the paper analyzes the reasons for the existing problems of incentive mechanism of grassroots employees of W County Tobacco Company.The principle of optimal design of incentive mechanism is introduced on the basis of the development of the company.This paper combines the individual needs of employees with the company's development goals,and puts forward four aspects,namely,c o m p e n s a t i o n s y s t e m,e m p l o y e e g r o w t h,p r o m o t i o n mechanism and communication channel.
