Secondary H2S is caused by improper mining measures.The biggest hazard to the gathering system is that the hydrogen sulfide content will accumulate during the gathering.The entire gathering system in the No.3 Oil Production Plant contains different concentrations of hydrogen sulfide,which poses a great threat to the normal production at the site.In this paper,through the on-site stimulation measures in Z block,the composition of the drugs used in production,the distribution characteristics of H2S and the detection of water quality in injection,it is found that the secondary H2S in the third oil production plant is due to the injection of water containing SRB,and the SRB under anaerobic conditions.Alienation reduction occurs to produce H2S gas.The temperature and pH values of the H2S-containing areas such as oil storage tanks,separators and sewage tanks in the three stations of the third oil production plant were measured to understand the environment of the third oil recovery plant and the environment suitable for H2S survival.The sample of SRB was extracted from the oil field,and the design experiment was carried out to study the characteristics of SRB in the oil zone.The characteristics and growth environment of SRB in the oil field of the third oil recovery plant were further studied,and the formation mechanism of H2S in the gathering system was clarified.On-site investigation of the daily H2S content of the No.3 Oil Production Plant,research on the different methods of desulfurization,sulfur removal scale,technical capacity,etc.,to determine the wet iron-based desulfurization process,VM-510 desulfurizer supporting armor The three processes of drug device and iron oxide dry desulfurization are the main methods for controlling H2S.The three processes were applied in the field,and it was found that the concentration of H2S after treatment was less than 5ppm,which was in line with China,s safety standards,and its treatment effect on H2S was very obvious.It is better to find out the prevention and control methods suitable for each joint station,and make economic evaluations on equipment quotation,pharmacy cost,labor cost and operation cost,and find out the most suitable prevention and control methods for each joint station of the third oil production plant.
