As the necessary material basis for human survival,social progress and development,the utilization of energy has been widely concerned by the state and all sectors of society.How to correctly handle the problem of energy utilization lies in promoting the sustainable development of energy.Using innovative technologies and management methods,we will develop new energy sources,improve the utilization rate of non-renewable resources and reduce pollution.As a typical clean energy,natural gas stands out among many new energy sources and is widely used in city daily life and production.The effective utilization of natural gas depends on the effective construction of natural gas pipeline project.Therefore,this paper studies the feasibility of A city natural gas pipeline project.With the "Da-Shen" gas pipeline entering Liaoning,the revision of the city master plan of City A and the start-up of the natural gas project in northeast China,City A’s urban gas industry will usher in a brand-new period of high-speed development and its urban gas user market will develop rapidly.By studying the feasibility of city a natural gas pipeline project,it can provide guarantee for the smooth and safe operation of the project and support the realization of environmental protection.safety and economic value of natural gas utilization.This article takes the A city natural gas pipeline project as the research object,and uses investigation and research methods to collect the actual state of development of the natural gas market in a purposeful,planned,and systematic manner.At the same time,it uses the literature research method to draw from existing research results and relevant literature.A comprehensive and correct understanding of the research issues required to master the construction of natural gas pipeline projects provides a theoretical basis for further research and discussion in this article.In addition,during the research process,the regression analysis method and time series prediction method were used to forecast the natural gas market demand of City A.analyze the natural gas price tolerance of local residents,and then propose corresponding market strategies.This article analyzes the feasibility of City A’s natural gas pipeline project from the perspectives of technology,energy saving,environmental protection,safety,and economy,and proposes effective measures respectively.The research in this article discusses the feasibility of the construction of City A’s natural gas pipeline project as comprehensively as possible.It also makes the greatest pre-judgment of hidden dangers in the project and proposes corresponding precautions or solutions.Finally,it is considered that City A’s natural gas Plumbing works are perfectly feasible.Compared with other studies,this paper analyzes the feasibility of a city natural gas pipeline project from the perspectives of technology,energy conservation,environmental protection,safety and economy,and the research content is more comprehensive,so as to provide some reference for the feasibility study and practice of similar natural gas pipeline construction projects.
