Natural gas as a clean and environmentally friendly energy,the status of the national energy strategy is becoming more and more high.The project included natural gas pipeline construction project development and construction there are certain risks,not only brings the deviation of the project goals of risk events,and is likely to cause failure of the entire project,therefore,in the natural gas pipeline construction project to ensure engineering safety and reliability,improve operational efficiency,we must to enhance the ability of risk control and risk management in all aspects of the project.This paper takes the A company of Central Asian gas pipeline D line China project as the research object,based on the existing types of risk analysis on the risk identification of the FAHP method is used to evaluate and control the risk.First of all,through access to relevant information at home and abroad,the theory and method of risk identification,estimation and evaluation of long distance pipeline project are analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of relevant theoretical research,combined with the comprehensive risk management theory,according to the characteristics of the Central Asian gas pipeline D line China project,analysis of the main risks of the project,that can begin to study the risk factors from the five aspects of politics,economy,technology,management and other risk.Thirdly,the index system of the Chinese section of the D line of the natural gas pipeline in Central Asia is designed,and the risk model of the project of the China section of the D line of natural gas pipeline in Central Asia based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is constructed.Using more than ten experts with extensive experience in the project risk evaluation and scoring,and the corresponding project risk assessment results,the maximum membership degree method is used to get the final project risk assessment level.Finally,according to the evaluation results from the macro and micro two point of view,the Central Asian gas pipeline D line project risk response measures in China,and put forward the proposal to enhance the level of risk management.The project belongs to the A company's key investment projects,and its scientific risk identification and control,to make more scientific decision-making,is of great significance.
