Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's national economy,the increasing population,the continuous expansion of industrialization and urbanization process,water resources shortage,water environmental pollution and water ecological deterioration in river basins have become more and more serious.As a necessary resource for human survival and development,the health and carrying capacity of basin aquatic ecosystem has become an important factor restricting economic development and people's living standard.How to achieve coordinated and sustainable development among economy,population and water ecological environment is an urgent problem to be solved in the present society.Therefore,based on the ecological network analysis method,this paper evaluates the ecological carrying capacity of the Yellow River basin from 2006 to 2015 through the analysis of the ecological overload D between the actual network and the ideal network of the water resources utilization system in the Yellow River basin.After that,we simulated different optimal control measures and predicted the variation trend of ecological carrying capacity of the basin,which provided the basis for the relevant departments of water resources to formulate policies and management methods.The results show that there is a certain distance between the ideal network and the actual network of water resources utilization system in the Yellow River Basin,such as a,?,cyclic index FCI,ascending index A and resilience ?.Through calculation,the annual average water ecological overload of the actual network of water resources utilization system in the Yellow River Basin has reached 65.457 billion cubic meters 2006-2015.Then,water-saving regulation is carried out on the domestic water nodes in the actual network,and industrial water nodes are regulated to reduce the industrial water consumption rate.It is found that the cyclic index FCI,(p,ascending index A and resilience 0 of the network structure increase to a certain extent,and a value decreases to a certain extent,which is closer to the state of the ideal network structure.Among them,the average annual ecological overload of the water resources utilization system in the Yellow River Basin decreased to 58.375 billion cubic meters after water saving regulation,with a decrease of 10.8%,and that of consumption reduction regulation to 47.306 billion cubic meters with a decrease of 19.01%,which greatly reduced the ecological overload of the system and enhanced the water ecological carrying capacity of the basin.
