For environmental protection, although mankind has been making unremitting efforts, such as the successive UNFCCC and Kyoto Protocol, the climate and environment are still deteriorating, the research on low carbon emission reduction still needs efforts. With the continuous improvement of consumers' low-carbon awareness(CLA),consumers' preferences of purchase for low-carbon goods directly affect the decision-making and emission reduction behavior of enterprises;meanwhile,in actual economic activities, supply chain participants are not only a single manufacturer or a single retailer, but a complex supply chain network is more realistic. Therefore, consumers' low-carbon awareness(CLA)and horizontal competition among enterprises need to be considered in the study. And in real life, people's thoughts or behaviors are easily affected by certain external factors, and participants in the supply chain are no exception.Numerous studies have shown that reciprocal preferences have a large impact on supply chain participants' emissions reduction and pricing issues. So,the paper mainly focuses on the supply chain composed of manufacturer as leader and retailer as follower in low-carbon environment, using Stackelberg dynamic game method to study the problem of carbon emission reduction of enterprises, and further analyze the impact of CLA,horizontal competition among retailers and enterprise reciprocal preferences on profits and utility of enterprises and overall efficiency of the systemSome conclusions were found through these studies.Firstly in a supply chain consisting of a single manufacturer and a single retailer(M+R),upstream and downstream companies in the supply chain can improve their utility and the profit and utility of the partners when expressing goodwill(positive reciprocal preferences)to the partners, but the performance of its own profits is increased first and then decreased. And increased reciprocity preferences can improve the efficiency of the supply chain system.Secondly,in a supply chain consisting of a single manufacturer and two retailers(M+2R),reciprocal preference has the same effect on enterprise decision-making as the one-to-one supply chain mentioned above. The difference is that the efficiency of supply chain system increases with manufacturer's reciprocal preference and retailer's reciprocal preference to manufacturer, and decreases with the increase of reciprocal preference between retailers.
