The Research Of Changing Logistics Operation Mode In Mon Company

Since the outbreak of the Wall Street financial crisis in 2008,the world economy has developed slowly,the economy has entered a new normal.The world economic environment is changing,uncertain factors are still more.The enterprises as the cell of market economy,the competition is more and more incentive with the development of market economy.Under the new normal economic development,the market share of the enterprise can also be quite limited,corporate profiteering era has ended.Logistics as the third profit source of enterprises has become the top priority of the major business management.Therefore,the choice and application of logistics mode has become the core of the research and management.This thesis studies on processing trade enterprise how to choose logistics mode and how to carry on the corresponding transformation of the original logistics mode on the current situation of international trade development,in order to adapt to the current economic development and the corresponding research.This thesis expatiates on logistics mode,logistics outsourcing and logistics alliance three directions of the research literature,and provides a solid theoretical basis for the choice of MON company logistics mode by consulting the relevant research literature at home and abroad.Firstly,this thesis provides the introduction of the current situation of Mon company,the anysis of the current sistuation and exciting problems in original logistics mode.This thesis use fishbone diagram analysis to study the root of the problem.Based on the current situation of the development of Mon company and the root of the problem,we decided to choice the new logistics mode to help the company solve the problems in logistics.Others,we apply to the PEST analysis and SWOT analysis in new logistics mode and analysis the feasibility for it.Finally,based on the special supervision areas of logistics and the application of milkrun mode,the special supervision zone logistics and milkrun mode analysis,this thesis is verified the applicability of the new logistics mode of Mon company.
